Soon you will get official Arabic ROM, maybe at the end of June.

Yes- it is possible. There are some ROMs floating around that not only provide reading Arabic but also change the entire UI to Arabic
Have you tried MoreLocale 2?

Arabic has been officially released at HTC support page. Make sure to select middle east as your country.
its strange that when I enter my serial number to donwlaod the ROM from HTC.com it is not accepted, is it cause I bought my HD from UK
Perhaps. Go to the support and select the hotline link and call your respective country's center number. The file is 117mb.
is it ok to run then on HD?
i can see all the new Arabic ROMs on http://www.htc.com/www/support.aspx?type=Software%20Download are for Touch 3G and not for HD, is it ok to use them for HD?
No, select HD as your device and you will see the update.
I think you selected worldwide not middle east.

Thanks, but does this mean the much expected HTC HD ARABIC ROM? Because at the website thay call it HTC Touch HD English ROM with Arabic Support Package. Are they one and the same?

The way I read it is that it is a WWE rom and with the support packages (found also in the first post) it will change it to arabic.
I would think I could do the same thing with my GER rom (not that I can read arabic).
There is a wiki page
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HDArabicSupport
on the subject which was a work around based on ported applications before the offical version came out.
Im not sure what you guys want to know but it allows you to both read and write in Arabic and partially switches the system to Arabic. Most of the menus and text are Arabic.

Arabic support for HD2
To my best knowledge there is a ROM update for HD2 at the HTC Support website which includes English And Arabic languages in the same Rom. Try HTc support Middle East section.
I went to the website but i cannot download after I put my serial number. Is there a way to download from the HTC website?
hey everyone,
Let's say that i bought the DHD, is there an arabic support? i dont need arabic menus, all i need arabic for is to browse arabic websites and Read/Write messages??
is there a method to do it?
It will support Arabic definitely because HTC announced about DHD in HTC MEA site.
Also I noticed that there is some hope it will support Arabic WWE, I extracted the RUU and I found a dedicated Arabic font, also in CCInfo.txt Arabic listed with many languages!
So let us hope that DHD will support Arabic in RUU for WWE.

I am assuming you are already on Official Android 2.2.1 and HBoot 1.01x. If that is the case, then flash this RUU:

Instructions are posted within the thread itself.
However, if you are on an Android 2.1 and are willing to root your phone and install Custom ROMs, there are a few out there which should work for you:

Not that I am aware of. As far as I know, Arabic ROMs have Arabic and English only. Your best bet is the third party keyboards, and, MoreLocale 2:
