someone know if Acer will release an official rom with Froyo for our Liquid? Or if we have to install a cooked rom???

Acer should release Froyo since the Liquid E was just released by Rogers in Canada today. Or at least release the kernel source code so others can extend on it without Acer's help. There are a few developers working on porting N1 Froyo to the Liquid, some progress being made:

Very frustrating that only Italian people speaks in their native language in this forum (And I have nothing against italians, it's just an observation...)

Having bought my A501 on saturday, I'd love to get an update since I read that 3.1 won't come for my Iconia, and 3.2 will be ready sometimes between Q3 and Q4. So, exactly, what the community would need to start working on an A501 3.1 rom? What can I provide to help some willing dev in cooking one?

We understand that with all the different nationalities not everyone speaks English well, but please try. If you're really unable to post in English use an online translator, You're free to include your original message in your own language below the English translation.
The point is to make sure everyone can, in theory, understand what you're saying. This is a community and as such we need to be able to understand everyone.
As for roms, I'm sure in time it'll happen.

Unfortunately I have not such an experience in testing, but if instructed I think I could walk my way through
So if a dev shows up maybe we could start thinking about these things together.

No worries, I was able to translate it just as easily. I just thought I'd point it out. I know english isn't everyone's primary language, but it does help the big picture if we stick to one language.
I unfortunately don't know enough yet to be of any help, especially since I just got my A500 a couple days ago.

Well... My A501 is sitting near to me. I just don't have a clue about what might and might not be useful, so I'd need some direction to know what I should provide.
here's another one with an A501 and the wish for an 3.1. update. Due to my Acer liquid with LCR 2.0 I'm skilled in pimping acer devices, but I need a ROM for that

Just a stupid question. Have you guys actually tried any of the A500 roms? There are plenty with 3.1 and one with 3.2. And if it fails, you could always restore a backup WITH CWM recovery.
Using an A500 rom will break the bultin 3G module, that's the only difference between the two models
Basically building an A501 rom should be the same process, given the different source rom.
I'm using now virtuous galaxy for me its the best of customs from a500 .But its not so nice when I need mobile network ...
would anyone find a solution against the pixelation on youtube ?

I didn't realize that youtube has pixelation problems till i read your post, and I checked by myself.
But it is true, it happens to me the same. I am using CM11-Kitkat prime, date 6 march 2014.

You can use any of them roms on that link I gave you b4.
I know what you mean mate but it's the only way you will upgrade your box most of the boxes all share the same software I been flashing rims for years and i have never killed a android box, phone or a car radio. Trust me if you follow the doc you will be ok. Here are the tools you will need to flash that rom to your box.
