Hello guys,
just wanna know if your Email app in N1 can open attached HTML files from the incoming email. If so, would anyone provide the .apk file?
Thank you, mt
Also would like to get that file.
Grab the stock rom from modaco and pull it with winzip/winrar/windows explorer?
I am trying to transfer my .apk file from one evo to another.. the thing is I can not find it in my system/app directory yet it is installed and working on the phone.. where else could it be?
I believe it was installed when I loaded the sprint lovers rom if that helps
just get it from HTC themselves. thinkhtc.com/pub/swype.apk
many thank yous my friend!
I see you are local I live in howell..
it turns out that .apk for swype was not the newer version which supports voice.. any ideas on where I could find that?
Try looking in /data/app

I always keep the installer in my download folder. If you don't have that, go back to the email swype sent you that includes the link to install the downloader. (latest version should have speech to text)
would anybody have the latest version apk?
I have version 2.4.44, would anybody have an apk for the newest version? thanks!

This is your answer unless it is installed as a system app.
I noticed there is a 2.15.xxxxxx beta version out. I have 2.10.xxxxx. Does anyone have this newer beta version? Please PM me. I am having a hard time finding it.
I'm looking for a sound dump from a stock T-Mobile G1 rom. Ringtones and notifications please if possible. My G1 broke and I would like to use some of the sounds on my TBolt. I apologize if this isn't posted in the right section.

naa what you need is to download like a stock g1 rom that you KNOW has the sounds your looking for... than you un-zip that file and search in it for a media folder, thats where you'll find the ringtones and notifications sounds.. than you can either add them to another Rom's .zip file which im not sure if that works lol or you can add them to your sd card.. im sure there's other ways too...
The old audio resources can be found here: http://n0rp.chemlab.org/android/
And there is an AOSP media pack on the FBL post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=929678 ("AOSP media")
Thanks AdamPI. I was ripping my hair out looking for something that would open the nbh files. I really appreciate your help!
Hi can someone pls extract the myfiles and ebook apk from the touchwiz rom and post it here?
Thanks

The ebook.apk is too large to upload here. You probably should try these apps from the touchwiz rom for the transformer since it has been deodexed. Search google for touchwiz on the transformer-should be the first link. Or look in this Galaxy tab 10.1 general for TouchWiz on the galaxy tab 10.1 and there is a link there for the transformer rom. You can open the file in winrar/winzip and extract the two apps from the system/app directory. I dont think they are signed and you will need to copy them to the system/app directory on your device via root explorer or use adb push.
I have ebook running on the bonsai rom. The only issue I have is that you can only import one epub at a time.

I am looking for this too. Just went from Touchwiz ROM to Bonzai and I am missing the Ebook app as it had a great, fast interface and fast upload. I hate the Nook app. How can we get the Ebook app for deodexed Bonzai??
here ripped straight from my gt10.1

Gonna try that asap..if it works, thanks!!
One more request, can someone post the apk for the Touchwiz Clock widget? It's that one with white and green text in a square box. Also the weather widget while were at it?
Thanks!!
EDIT: Every time I try to import books it force closes, any way to make this work? I just installed the apk like normal from Astro... that's disappointing..
Actually now I can't even open the app without it force closing..
Heres the 2 you requested, no guarantees though.

What?
Does anyone know how to make the eBook app work on Bonsai? It either FCes at start or FCes when you try to import books.
And thanks for the other files fodawim.
here you go
ebook apk
https://dl-web.dropbox.com/get/Ebook.apk?w=f2b03c2e
MyFiles apk
https://dl-web.dropbox.com/get/MyFiles.apk?w=45c92e6b
you need both of them for ebook app to work.
myfiles needs to installed as a system app, so just move it /system/app
and change permissions to 644
ebook apk can be installed normally
as for importing multiple files can be selected , it just cant scan through sub folders
i have it working on my bonsai rom.
Fixed the links

Hi guys, how do I get these files to work on my rooted TF? Do I need to do anything else other than what was mentioned in the above comments. System app, changing permissions etc. I have done all these things but have not been able to get my files to install. Thank you
Those links are no longer working for me. I'd love to be able to get these two apps on my stock tab
Links work now but myfiles.apk won't install

You cannot install it directly, you need to have root to move these apk to /system/app folder and reboot

okay so i have rooted my phone and installed Cyanogenmod 7.2 from xda site.
but i want the huawei stock music player back. i have got many links to the music app:
and
"http://www.modaco.com/topic/355145-app-huawei-music-app-for-any-android-phone/"
But when i try to install the apk on my phone, it says "There is a problem parsing the package"
plz tell me what to do, i need this app.
And if there is something called signing the app which i have to do here, then please tell me in detail.
Be careful with the double post.
Get the official rom and extract the the apk on /system/app
