Didn't try it. Just downloaded and Uploaded...
i did apply the update and there seems to be no difference. i had 2.13 from last week and just applied the "new" update. still disappointed.

I did a file compare and all files in oem and ext packages seem to be exactly the same sizes.

my rom date 2-22-10
My tmous rom date is different: 2-22-10 and not 02-19-10, but with same rom and radio number. Thought the purists might need to know date difference.

Edit: just tried again http://www.vbnfiles.com and the message pops up saying the repository is empty and sure enough, now there are no files showing at all. Yesterday they were there but I couldn't download them. This guy must be trouble with his site I guess.

You seems to be right. Because, i have seen some custom ROMs based on new ROM in 3gin.net. They seems to be having the same manila version as 2.10.1 have. Let us see.

I have tested the 1.78.911.1 (SKT_TR) with 21905 and was very fast.....!!!
The only problem was the touch response.
So, it sound very good that WWE will go to 1.78 from 1.66!!!

I am wondering if we might ever see a COM5 or 3 (or WM7 perhaps) "stock" ROM for LEO, it seems like the right time for HTC to do it what with new iphone released and all, anyway, just my 2 cents .

Hi,
Do not make any upgrade before you can dump the existing ROM image of your device.
Download itsutils and test with pdocread if it is possible to dump your partxx.raw files.
Let me know if you need any further help.

Sorry for being a possible dummy for asking this one folks but what is the main difference with a ROM being generic or non-generic? I mean what are the advantages and contents for want of a better word at 3.40am while writing this?! It means you have a newest version than this one and it's normal, it's a 1.20... and for instance on my Mozart (orange) on which I still have the original ROM I have the 1.24.

Yeah, u used HSPL, (HSPL and SPL 3.03 aren't compatible)
You see ath the settings your 576MB ram, but at the same time you have only +/-50MB of free program memory left instead of 200MB!
576MB ram on the EU/Asian HD2 is a trick!!

it is as fast as t-mobile ROM..i think u have hspl so only problem.
to use this u need to have spl 3.03 ...

Stock Rom 3.14 have spl 3.03. This isn't compatible with HSPL!!!
You need to remove HSPL!!!
