contact tabs on homescreen in 6.5?

On serveral screenshots i saw little contact-tabs on the homescreen (under the flip-clock). Last week i upgraded to 6.5 by the official WWE-rom from the htc site, but the contacts are not shown on HTC today. When i look at the settings from HTC home is see 'HTC sense' as the Manila type.
I also miss the 'footprint' option in the tabs section, and the stock-tab does'nt show the graph. Do i have the latest official Rom or not? The 'about' section shows 6.5 professional, build 21869.5.0.82

Yes you have but official rom is sense 2.1. If you wont those You can always flash coocked rom with sense 2.5

is it possible to add just manila? i can swith it on or off in the HTC Home options, so should it be possible to choose between the 2?

No there is no installation for just sense. Only way to get it is with coocked rom

Quicklinks Problem with wm 6.5 and official rom 1.66

i have windows 6.5 and official 1.66 rom with manila 2.5.1921 and radio 2.06.51
I try since a week to have more than 9 quick links, but with no success.
I've tried more or less all the cab that i found on this forum and i always have the same problem, the 2 soft keys (phone and menu) always disappear and i also have a graphical bug on the left of the clock.
did someone have the same problem ? and have you found a solution ?

Hi there,
is it possible to switch my WM 6.5 to WM 6.5.x in my Leo without changing my currently ROM ? I know that easier is to install ROM with WM 6.5.x but my ROM is customized. Overmore, all ROMs are in English here and I'd prefer Polish

HTC TaskManager 2.10 and WM 6.5.3

i recently own a HTC Mega and have cooked a WM 6.5.3 rom for it, based on WM 6.5.3 Build 23151.5.3.12. I tried to cook in another taskmanager as HTC TaskManager 2.10 because the icon in top bar isn't accessible because in WM 6.5.3 there's a clock shown on the position of the task manager.
Is there a solution to move the icon of HTC TaskManager 2.10 to another position in top bar or to the X button of Wm 6.5.3?
I know that there is a way with uTask but is there a way to "pre-configure" it, because i want to cook this into my rom.
Another way is ArkSwitch but i don't get it to work to create a oem package and cook this oem package into my rom.

i had same problem but i hav an awesome solution.....install bsb tweaks and open this.....then in bottom bar there is a button called 'menu'....press this...then there is a option called 'left manilla softkey'...press this....a popup will appear..press ok....without moving phone...open htc task manager and shake ur phone 5-10 times then an option will appear called 'resetting manilla'...now u r done....after this ur task manager will be there on homescreen bottombar in left side.....

Setup utask from your phone then with TotalCommander or another regeditor export the relatives Registry keys.After that copy your new registry keys into the app.reg of the uTask cab converted to Ext.

[Q] WM 6.5.3 taskbar icons on other versions

Ive noticed that some 6.5 ROMs (such as the Back to Basics Sense versions) have the new WM 6.5.3 taskbar icons (the smoother ones, see http://www.theunwired.net/media/news/windows_mobile_6.5.3_homescreen2.jpg),this ROM I am using now doesn't. It is possible to use these new icons at all? (i.e. via phcanOverBmp.dll?) If so, does anyone know where I should start?

I've found the same problem on my ROM.
I'm looking for a good tutorial to be able to 'update' the Dlls
