Flashing stops after 3% "Image corrupted"

Hi everyone.
Yesterday I tried to flash a WinMob 6.5.1 ROM.
It failed. After flashing 3%, the USB disconnected and that flashing assistant told me, that the image file is corrupt.
I used different .nbh files from www.thewingster.com.
I tried this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=561086
What I did was the following.
I installed 3 .cab files (a.k.a. HardSPL I think)
I extractet that RUUKitchen Thing and put the .nbh into the Folder and started the Program (with admin rights).
Is that all I have to do, or did I forgot to do something or did something wrong?
Thank you.

Well you can see if you're HardSPLed by going into the bootloader, and looking at your SPL, I believe. It should be 4.7 or something.
If you're hardSPLed, then the ROM you're flashing probably requires you to flash through the storage card, NOT through USB!! You'll find instructions on how to do that on one of Mr. Ill's ROM pages. I wrote the instructions up, they should work for you.

APK autoinstall after flashing NAND ROM?

Hey guys. I have a question. When I used to use the SD Android, I used to put my APKs in the AndroidApp folder and it installed with Android. I flash different NAND Android ROMs often to my HD2 to test out which one I like. Is there a way I can do this with the NAND version? Can I somehow add them in? Thanks guys!
im not sure how to with a nand version to install your apps when you flash the rom to your phone, but you can add them all to your rom after flash, have all your apks in a file on your sd card, use root explorer and navigate to that file, use multi-select and pick all your apks, now goto /system/app. paste all your apks there. after that power off your phone and turn it back on, now they should all get installed, so boot time will longer only this time thou.
now with a cwm version rom, you'll need to unzip the rom, goto system/app, put your apks there. rezip the rom and flash it to your phone how you would with cwm version.
i can't say these ways will work for you with your roms but with mine, i have had luck.

Sent from my Desire HD using XDA App
You will need a zip file. I believe you can only flash a zip file.
Run the exe file you have it might produce an zip, amongst other files.
BTW, where did you get the stock rom from?
Thanks,
i googled - RUU_Ace_HTC_WWE_1.32.405.6_Radio_12.28b.60.140e_26.03.02.26_M_release_155891_signed.exe
and managed to download from 4shared.com i think or another similar file download site.
do you know where i can get a zip version of the original stock rom that i can use from within the phone?
cheers
You run the exe from your PC with the phone hooked up via USB. There should be a guide on installing RUUs (stock ROMS) on this forum. Check it out.

[Q] Loading Android on hd2 problems

Ive download a few different files for android, i set my screen setting and everytimei run clrcad then haret it rolls me through a black screen then says i have to unzip a rootfs file.

Are you using builds for SD?
ummm what i did was youtubed it then went to the links they had and started downloading from there, i downloaded the lastest froyo
There are millions of youtube videos...
Ok lets start from scratch here.
Did you install HSPL 2.08 to your device?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=609477
Then did you update your radio?
Found in that same link.
How are you installing Android? Did you install MAGLDR to install and boot from NAND? Or are you saving Android to your SD and booting into windows then into Android?
We need to know what steps you did and how you are trying to boot Android to help you out. At least post a link to the video plz.
well 1. did you check if those zip files were rar? most files are for root. and makesure that you have granted superuser permissions. If you followed a youtube video start over nd just flash what ever you originally had and then try again. And remember to backup your files!

Create a ROM for Magldr-CWR

I want to learn how to port some ROM. But i have little problem with installing
So first of all i take a Rom from Nexus One' forum
After i take HyperDroid.
First of all i copied "Boot" and "META-INF" folders from HyperDroid to Nexus's Rom and tried to install throug CWR.
But it gave me "Installation Aborted" error.
What can i do?..I Know that i have to modify some system files to do a port. But apart from this the rom should install however. Isn't it?

Here is the tutorial on how to port the ROM. It does not work that way you need to build the ROM not just copy and paste. Anyway here it is
