Hi there!
This is my first post... great forums here!
Does anybody know any app to sync exchange tasks in htc desire!
Thanks in advance!
Search in market for exchange.
If you find it from Touchdown for 2.1, then you're right. Works as you want.

Just got the X10 in black. Love the phone it's absolutely amazing, however the differences between 1.6 and 2.1 are noticeable.
Is there a possibility this phone will be rootable so we can load 2.1 on in the future?
Check XPERIA X10 Android Development-section.

Oh wowza. Totally overlooked that section. Thanks!
I heard one of the things about 1.6 is that you cant have multiple email accounts? Is this true? Total dealbreaker for me if so... I use my university and gmail accounts all the time on my current phone.
yeah, gmail app only let you have 1 acc, but i use k9 as well to push other accounts

Not as far as I know, hoping the 2.2 update brings with it a much better gmail app as 2.1 gmail sucks, much better to just use the website.
It is strange to me that gmail app on Android is so poor...
But generaly speaking the phone is really nice. I'd love to see the 2.2, hope it will improve the software things.

Agree with simonq ,
I spend hours trying to figure out how to copy and paste from gmail without any luck,
BUT, the good news is that you can login to gmail account from the browser then open any email click and hold within your email … it will highlight the text in green
Then you can copy and paste to other location.
Thanks for the tip,

Hello everyone,
Does anybody know of a application that will let you connect to a exchange communicator company server, often refered as webim for exchange or office communicator standalone?
Sent from my HTC Desire using XDA App
Not sure on this one... I would assume it would either mean your Exchange Sync would have to run all the time. As I am sure Office communicator bolts on to the AD / Exchange users..
I know this doesn't really help but could point someone in the right direction
Thanks for the input. Any more advice?

I am just wondering what application you all use for Facebook as the official one seems to be the cause of my lack of battery life. I use tweetdeck but it doesn't notify me of everything on Facebook

I am using the one that came with the phone. It seems to work great.
Aquamail pro has been working great for me on my previous device and S4 so far.

LOL. K9 mail? The best mail app is the one that comes with the phone, period. Can't stand Gmail's fascination with conversation view, other than that the app is great.

I set up my S4 with 4 email accounts using the stock email program. I reboot my phone, soft reboot, and 3 of the 4 email accounts disappear. I have to set them up again. If I reboot again, they disappear again, and I have to set them up again. Definitely messed up.
I am using POP3, 1 go-daddy email, and 3 verizon.net accounts with my fios account
Anyone have ideas?
