Hey guys, I just bought the HTC HD2 and I will be giving my wing to my niece. Now last week I updated my ROM to WM6.5 and would like to put it back to original. I tried a soft reset, and hard reset but nothing. What can I do? I am having problems on this picking up my TMobile Internet (GPRS)

Why not just leave WM6.5 on it. Don't you think it's better than OE ?
Maybe give her the option ?

Hello all I have managed to brick my phone
I just got a new phone back from Vodafone as my old phone was sent back due to white screen problems.
When I got my phone I tried to restore my data using sprite back up. Stupidly I forgot that I had upgraded to wm6 and now all I get is the Vodafone start up screen.
I can not speak to the phone using active sync as it does not recognise the phone.
I have tried using the the micro card to upgrade but it just goes to the bootloader screen
this displays HERM200

SPL-1.09
Any help would be gratefully received I have been trying various methods set out in the forum but to no avail.
I will take it in if I have to but as I only just got it back am reluctant.

Hi guys, I just got an Elfin and am now a proud Touch owner. I got it 2nd hand and the guy who owned it previously flashed it to da_mayhem's 6.1 ROM. TouchFlo was still working at this point, but I did a Hard Reset to clean off the old data and now the TouchFlo doesn't seem to be working.
Any ideas what went wrong? Or should I just reflash to a new ROM?
Never mind guys the problem fixed itself for some reason. Would that all problems went away like that! Thanks.
Hello My Htc hd2 audio manager will not work well,if i put more than 5 song in my storage Card the error appear:
(Tell Microsoft about this problem : Send Error-Don,t Send) and i have buyed this mobile last week do i have to ask where i buyed the phone? its not a big problem but this is really bugging my htc sense .
Try to do hard reset, if it cannot solve the problem you should get a replacement.
i have changed the rom 3 time not works, 1.48 to 1.6 still same....

Hi all, im thinking of getting a Touch 3G (Jade) as a second phone, my first being a touch Diamond 2, and am thinking of buying one from E-Bay orange branded.
My question is if i get one, it seems i can get it sim unlocked easy enough, but once i get it sim unlocked can i dol the hspl and flash any rom i want as i have been doing with my diamond 2? Or will being originally a branded Orange one prevent me from doing this?

You can easily SIM unlock it via ebay, i did it this way. And after that when you do HSPL you can put whatever ROM you want.

Ok i have bought a Touch 3g that was Orange branded, i have purchased the sim unlocking utility from Olinex, got hard spl running and tried a few roms to see which suits me, but whichever rom i use i am still getting the Orange start screen before the rom loads up. Not to big a problem really but if possible i would like to remove it, any ideas guys n gals ?

i think it is called a bootloader screen their is a solution to change the same u need to search as i dont remember the thread look in windows development thread and development and hacking thread im sure u will find what u want

I'm using an Orange branded Touch, after flashing a 6.5 rom it changed the boot picture to the HTC one, then I went back to a 6.1 rom because I like the start button at the top.

Hello, I've recently had problems with my HD2 touch screen..It is not responsive at all. I am planning to send it back to HTC for RMA + repair, however I'm pretty sure I need the stock radio + rom for it.
I have the HTC HD2 T8585 and I don't remember what the stock rom + radio are...I remember one of them being 1.66 or something..however I can't find any download links.. could somebody help me? Thanks
edit: I just got off the phone with HTC, they said I can't send it in for repair because I'm in Canada and I bought this phone from China.... -_-

happened to me (and many others...i too had a thread...) tis hardware (which makes sense as you have flashed roms and still it persists.)

This serial belongs to a different device, not HD2. Sorry.
