I'm planning to buy a sena pouch for my x10. It's ultra thin. But sena currently don't have any model for x10 so I'm thinking of getting the pouch for htc hd2. Do you guys think it will fit x10?
senacases.com/htc-cases/hd2-cases/ultra-slim-pouch-sleeve
Or any better idea?
X10 - 119 x 63 x 13 mm.
HD2 - 120.5 x 67 x 11mm.
So.. yeah.. it should fit, unless it's a rigid case.?
I always drop my phone when I try to answer it using these types of pouches. Maybe I got butter fingers.

I was coming from a BlackBerry 8900 with a Sena Ultra Slim leather pouch. When I was searching for a similar pouch for my new X10 I came across this on eBay (see pictures below). It is the official SE case that comes packaged with an asian carrier X10, but sadly Rogers Wireless hasn't included it. I don't think you can get more slim than this!

I was looking at getting one of these off ebay... but I'm not sure if it would be any "better" than the cheap one I already bought, with a pull up cord. Main issue I have with my current one is that the centre hard button is often pressed by the case, activating the screen.. and draining the battery!... I'm currently putting my x10 in the case top down to keep the buttons at the top to minimise the risk of them being pressed...
So what do you think of your official case? Does it prevent this problem?
Thanks.

As some of you may know I'm in Barcelona now for 6 month study.
As many of you may know, the wmc was in Barcelona.
Yesterday I came back from my work and in the metro there were 3 chinees business mens.
They had a Dark Blue Xperia :S (I've only seen Black & Silver).
I wasn't able to take a look on what the operating system was.
But how the chinees busines man was navigating with his finger didn't look like WM.
So has anyone seen a Dark blue Xperia? Is it like a developer Xperia??
Mayb Android Xperia???
Ok, if i hear "chinees" and "blue xperia".....
maybe it wasn´t a sony ericsson?
Chinese people or Japan ? If they were chinese, maybe it's one cheap chinese **** phone But if they were japanese, it's real se x1, specially made for japan market.

Look this one http://www.au.kddi.com/english/product/lineup/w64sh/index.html
Well the product were in the same Xperia box as mine. But then without the Hancoc sticker van Microsoft sticker......
Maybe you saw one of those cheap chinese knock-offs. They are dark in colour.

Supposedly dual-SIM simultaneously as well.
Don't forget that buying non-standard hardware can be hazardous to your health!

Probably a cheapo... has anyone seen the cheap version of the nintendo wii, retails at around £5.99, has no wireless connectivity, and has same grfx as a commadore haha
Joel
I don't think you've read my comment.
It was in the same Xperia box as my xperia.
The box said Xperia X1.
But the deviece had a other color.
Mayb fixed casing for the cracks???
@xmoo: I kind of believe you somewhat, as I've been there before, in a sense that I saw a prototype mobile phones used expressively by some guy on a tech conference.
About 4 years ago, I went to Taiwan Computex, and saw a guy taking a photo of a booth with an unknown thin qwerty keyboard white phone... So, a few months after, there's a single black and white picture circulating on the internet of that same mobile phone I saw... And it's Palm Centro.
I forgot the exact time line, but I suppose, seeing a prototype device used openly on a tech conference is akin to seeing topless single available hot babes (underline the single available hot babe) on Jamaican or Bali beaches... Not that common, but if you look hard enough, there will be one or two taking a sunbath.

williamn,
That is so going to scratch the entire body of the X1 (especially if the inside material is just made from hard plastic).
Cheers.
No the whole housing was dark blue and the keyboard silver.

It doesn't scratch, I have on on my Xperia, there is no movement and only 4 points on each pieace where it "clips" to the body, the only thing it is possible to scratch with it is the chrome off the sides, but havn't had any problems yet and i'v put it on and removed it 3 or 4 times so far.
EDIT: The OP said the guy had the box, so he had clearly just bought it, it is possible he bought the case with it at the same time and put it on in the shop. (If it is a case.)

You think sony ericsson is going to sell other brand stuff on the World Mobile Confrence..... Don't think so.
SWEET!
So, needless to say... EVERYONE and their mothers have been on an internet-based HUNT for an appropriately designed casing to fit our USA model of the eversopopular (YES, indeed... one word) HTC HD2.
Personally, it's all about YOUR preferences. Having said that, the only thing left to wonder is:
WHICH MANUFACTURER CAN WE TRUST?
- BodyGlove
- PDair
- Case-Mate
- OtterBox
Now, considering the mid-sized company has been OFFICIALLY endorsed and carried by AT&T locations for the iPhone... it's safe to say that they've proven themselves far superior to the competition. I've owned the Defender Series Case for the BlackBerry 9700, and it's without a doubt the most incredibly designed casing I've ever had on a piece of handheld technology.
BECOME A FAN OF "OTTERBOX" VIA FACEBOOK!
FOLLOW THEM ON TWITTER! - @OtterBox
If you're unfamiliar with their products, do a bit of research, because you will not be disappointed. TRUST ME, they will deliver in the near future. Just be patient folks, they're already hard at work to provide the Impact Series Case for us. Therefore, it's only a matter of time before we're updated on dates for the official release and availability.
All-in-all, do yourself a favor please...
WAIT FOR THE DEFENDER SERIES CASE!
Oh, don't hesitate to voice your opinions below.
Too bad you don't answer questions on Twitter... I have a few followers who try to ask you questions or get help from you and they definitely feel ignored. I know this ain't the place... but figured I'd let ya know. Thanks for the update... can't wait for Otterbox to drop their cases.
lol, could you imagine the size of an otterbox case on this thing? HUGE!!!! might have to hire a chaffeur! ;]
Let's continue to raise awareness though folks. I appreciate the views and the time taken to at least acknowledge this post.
Then again... I'm sure that OtterBox does too.
Just the thought of so much protection makes me feel as if condoms aren't even necessary in real-life anymore.
...kidding, stay clean fellas. Always stay strapped up.
Not that I doubt you did find this on twitter; I am curious if there is any other confirmation?
All I can find on the Otterbox website is this:
http://www.otterbox.com/search/hd2/htc-hd2-commuter-series-case-europe/
Which we all know that this Europe case won't work on the US model due to the location of the bottom plugs, but I'm sure someone in the US will try....
Here is to hoping that this Colorado based company will get with the program and provide a US version.
Actually I'm hoping we'll get a Commuter Series version for the Tmo HD2...that's the one they have for the other HD2, and looks like the best type of case they make. I submitted a request via the website a week or two ago, still haven't received any info other than they weren't making one at that time and would let me know if that changed.
Still, I think otterbox cases are definitely the best-engineered cases around, as long as they have one for your device
Thanks for the tip reignzone, here's hoping it happens!

I don't understand... Do you think that Reignzone is Otterbox?
Or are you saying that Reignzone doesn't answer messages sent to him on twitter?
Received my Otterbox Defender today.
After the initial confusion of how to open the damn thing.... it is just AMAZING. Great coverage, feels comfortable in hand, and with the holster/belt clip fits on my waist comfortably.
And now the caveat:
The phone is already big. With the O-Box it's bigger, but not much bigger. If you have giant "I slap grizzly bears for fun" hands like I do, then it will feel more natural than the tiny phones like those made by companies with fruit rollup names.
There is a screen protector as a part of the case. That protector doesn't seem to impede the screen's sensitivity in the least, still a win win item. I'll probably cover that one just to keep it pristine.
I'll post some pics when I dig out the other camera.
Commuter case here as I need the puppy to fit into slacks and jacket pockets.
Love it.

Is there anyone here who would be interested in a bumper made by SGP? I know I would! I think if we can get our voices heard on their FB page and they feel there is enough demand we can get them to make one!
go to their Facebook page and leave a comment! I would really like to make this happen as the LG and poetic bumpers are just not enough....
Yea I left a post for a bumper

I sent them an email and a tweet enquiring about an anti-glare screen protector for the Nexus 4. Not even an acknowledgement let alone a reply. Don't really appreciate their customer service even though they have quality products.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
I'd be interested if they would make one that would be similar to the Ringke Hybrid Fusion (ie clear back in addition to the edge-protecting bumper), but I really can't see any other style worthwhile. It is amazing there aren't more similar models; clearly the back of the Nexus needs some sort of protection against minor impact and there are many who don't want to add bulk or change the aesthetic.
That said, I wrote to SCP to ask them to bring the Glas.TR high end glass screen protector to the Nexus 4. They replied, but basically shot down the idea. I'm so bloody sick of how many of the high-end accessories are only available for the iPhone! I'd like to see Glas.TR brought over to compare it to the XGear and Clarivue glass protectors (with a high-end film protector included for the back) more than a bumper, but it doesn't seem this company is very receptive to our requests so far. Still, worth it to keep trying!

I think they will acknowledge the request as long as we can prove that there's a demand for it. That's why we should write on the fb page so we can get heard. If they only get one person asking for it they're not going to produce it as it's not worth their time to make something just for one person (or at least in their mind it's only for one person). I'm sick of all the iPhone support as well. Even the GSII and GSIII got way more accessories by SGP. All we have so far is one measly case by them.

To be fair, both the iPhone and Galaxy series ARE considerably more popular, actually available across all carriers, and can actually be seen being used by people. There's already a feeling of huge pent up demand for the Galaxy S4. Seeing a Nexus phone in real life is still rare as a blue moon. Case makers have to skate where the puck goes...but yes I'd love to see some of the more unique and exotic type cases SGP makes for the iPhone brought over to the Nexus 4, not this generic bland stuff that can be found with any Chinese seller on Ebay.

Yes I understand that's the reason why they get more support. I knew that. SGP is just going where the money is just like any other case maker would but they will make a case for a phone if they know there's a demand for it. We just have to prove it.
it's kinda late to be asking companies to make cases for the phone we going to get a new nexus in 5-6 months. i think if companies waited this long then they are not going to start making them now. Has any of these petitions worked for the nexus 4? i see so many of these threads but none with any real results.

i must of been thinking about how long since the phone has been out but i dont agree that it's better to try. If companies like sgp and otterbox dont make cases for the nexus then ill buy it somewhere else, it's their lost not mine. I had the sgp hydrid for my galaxy nexus and imo it is not better than my poetic(didnt have any of the peeling issues people reported) and have a LG bumper on the way. these petitions never work anyways so you are just wasting time. Petition with your wallet instead of facebook. I've stop buying any otterbox cases since they tend to focus mostly on the iphone(their iphone case is always nicer than any android version) and now i wont buy from sgp again either.
While ordering my Find 5 I also ordered the Quester matte screen protector. Unfortunately my SO applied it rather badly and I'm not sure I can reuse it.
From using it for a few days now, I really like the feel of it, feels like silk paper for me. Now I'm wondering, does someone know a decent replacement which I can order of (preferably) Amazon(.de)? I'd buy them again directly from Oppo, but 10€ shipping seems rather steep to me.
Amazon(.de) lists >20, but I'm not familiar with who makes good products since the last one I bought is ~3-4 years now.
I'm using the Quester (clear) SP. In the past I used Vikuiti SP. There are a few listed on amazon but i don't know if there are non-glossy ones available. Because i'm new and therefore can't post links, i sent you a pm.

I'm going on my second day of owning this black beauty from T-Mobile USA. Coming from a sg2, this phone is a major upgrade for me and it only cost me $9 out the door. They took my old phone as a trade in and applied that to the up front cost. Since I'm still in contract they did some tweaking to my data package where I only ay $5 bucks for it and the added monthly cost to pay for the phone is esentially covered by the this little change to keep my bill the same!
Been eyeing this phone for awhile as I was tired with the same Samsung and HTC phones. Walking around an electronics story yesterday I saw the Xperia Z tablet. Made me want to buy it since it resembled the phone perfectly and sees like the two would be a great pair. Maybe later in the year since my current tab has no reason to be replaced.
Well I got plenty of threads to read through and information to absorb. I'm sure any questions I come accross have already been asked.

i'm thinking of swapping my htc one for it... is the screen ok on it? (i'm use to the samoled and the screen on my htc one is amazing)
My only other concern is the processor isn't as good as the htc one/s4
I'm undecided. Had my xz since UK launch and I'm disappointed with the rear panel raising up (need to discuss with my network ref a repair, but I know it will keep happening) and the camera can be a mixed bag. My other half has an HTC one, like it a lot.
Anyway, the xz. Glad to know the op is pleased with it.
I'm considering the new nexus, should be details in a few days
If i had an option i'd swap my htc one for a nexus... i'm only being offered s4/xperia z in exchange for my htc one, and i doubt they'd offer me a newer phone like the lg g2 or xperia z1
