Hi, i am kind of fedup when my Low Batt warning keep on popping up when the battery level hit 40%.Can the low Batt alarm setting be adjusted to sound at lower level of low battery, like about 20%.
Thanks
try Low Battery Notification Fix at http://www.yorch.net/apps.htm
Thank you very much for the information thread.
You are most welcome, Intruder
But for me, I like the low batt warning to be at 40%, but i only use the sound & vibration notifications, without the popup message on screen 8)
does anybody know why my camera flash is always on (not flashing very birghtly tho like you flash when taking pictures), just stops when i took out the battery and continues to flash again when i put in battery. just wondering if there is any keys or something that i could press to turn it off. Thanks
Flash and Batery
You are right. I didn't notice that before, but the flash light of my telephone is always on, even with the telephone turned off. The light is very weak (very, very weak, actually) and it's only one of the two lights that remains on. Actually, I just noticed that because yesterday night I put the telephone beside my pillow and, to avoid the lights blinking in front of my eyes, I overturned the telephone and noticed the flash turned on, very very weak. I think it's only noticed in a dark room. I also think that's the reason for the battery drains so faster (my battery drains completely in approximately 15 hours).
My exec has a very faint light when the charger i plugged in.
Is there any way (app, reg hack) to make rear LEDs blink on missed call or message? Front green/amber LED is too small and often hard to see. Battery consumption may be a problem, but rear LED doesn't have to blink as often; quick flash (e.g. 100ms) every 30s would be ok.
The developer of TorchButton might be able to help you.
Search the forums on that name and send him a PM.
the idea is wicked
how come no one ever thought of this
That´d be totally cool. And worth a donation.
"Whoa, your mobile´s cam got insane....! -No, I just got a text "
Can see it being a big battery drain if your not around to dismiss it.
+1 for this
Great idea!
Camera light or maybe light of hardware buttons..? Would be cool!

Light of hardware buttons would be very cool too..

I got your PM.
I'm sure this is possible, but it would probably create a battery drain while notifications are busy. This is because the device must be in unattended mode (not in standby, display off). Unattended mode is required as the flashlight and the keypad light don't stay enabled if the device is in standby. Let alone be able to make it blink with an interval.
So, while there is a notification (i.e. missed call or unread text), battery drain would go up like at least 50%.

Thank you for research on the topic, and your reply. Too bad it can't work in standby.
after a rom update the light indicator for phone signal, for wi-fi on and bluetooth on don't work, i heard that all these, can be fixed from registry, can someone help please, thanks
Hello friends,
I have noticed that when Adaptative brightness is on, my phone take a few more seconds to wake-up from its screen off, sleeping state.
There is really a noticeable difference than when Adaptative brightness is not enabled. I'm wondering if anyone else had noticed this, and if there any way to fix it.
Regards.
Thanks this was exactly my problem with Android N final release. As soon as I turned off adaptive brightness my screen wakes up right away. Did you ever find a fix?
