Hey guys,
my G1 once was installed a ADP rom 1.5, yesterday I upgraded to HTC ADP 1.6 DRC83 from forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=538456, but I found there is no Simplified Chinese language, so I want to switch to the AOSP-1.6_r1.4 + ADP DRD20 Rom(the first rom in that link above), anybody can be kindly give some suggestions?
my SPL below:
DREA*** PVT 32B
HBOOT - 0.95.2000
CPLD - 4
RADIO - 2.22.19.26I

If need to flash my SPL to downgrade or directly use the .NBH file?
Or something else?

I would try one of the official AOSP 1.6 roms, I know there is one or two on the development section. Maybe cyanogen has chinese? just a few thoughts there. Good luck!
all right, let me try to use AOSP 1.6 based on ADP 1.6, hope this will work it.
If AOSP 1.6 can be used directly I think cyanogen can be done.

Theres a chinese HTC_Cime keyboard you can use and the roms should have chinese not sure if its simplified or the other type.
I have a rooted Mytouch 3g. I have the HTC Hero ROM installed, but it has the android 1.5 version. How or can I update my phone to the 1.6 version?

There is no Hero Android 1.6. Hero is going straight from 1.5 to 2.1
There was only one device that had Android 1.6 with HTC SENSE and that was the HTC TATTOO but devs couldn't port it because of screen issues.
If you want a donut ROM then flash a plain donut ROM.
