I got a HTC HD2 from one of my friend...but it is locked to T-mobile.
Is there anyway I can unlock it and use with another carrier?
call t-mobile and say you are going on holiday abroad and ask for the unlock code. Worked for me

Hi everyone, im going overseas in about two weeks to the Greek islands, and my HTC Desire HD is locked to Vodofone. So i cant use it overseas unless i Unlock it and put a local sim card to use. Does anyone know how to unlock my phone from my provider?

just got one to, but don't know if its a refurb. also want to get it unlocked, any recommendations. HTC HD2 TMobil usa version.
You have to get a unlock code for the phone and a sim card from the provider you want to use. Without the code and the sim card you are not going to be able to unlock the phone. Go to ebay and look for a seller you can buy a code from, are Google sim unlock code for HTC HD2.

Go to ebay and look after unlock_fusion.
There are others, too, but this one is verified to be fast, reliable & affordable!
The best way to unlock is to call the carrier if you are using their service, see if they give out unlock codes. Say you need it to use it overseas.
