[Q] HTC Slate Background & Lockscreen

Hi guys,
Does anyone have a link to the HTC Slate Skin background?
I've found this one here but not very good quality.

Also, is it possible to get the lockscreen that was on the Desire HD from somewhere?

thanks mate. I actually was able to pull it out from the Desire HD Rom for the HTC Desire just a little bit ago.

WE have so many good developers can you guys make some miui builds and make it perfect for HD2 I used it and its so good it need good developers

MIUI is very nice but needs exchange support and more stability in english, will appreciate further development by experienced developers

I will consider releasing a miui build if the time allows. I need to update my other builds first. I will have free time this weekend. P.s there is couple miui builds arround that u can use for now.

Have any of you guys gone to the MIUI forums??? Domineus has a VERY stable build for our device with the latest MIUI release

Yes I have used it and it is good but we need more develops to think out of the box

It is better than Sense or Cyanogen in my opinion. But it is very underrated. Only few developers are working on it.

Completely agree, seems a great BUILD !!!!

Ok

I have tried a few builds for the HD2 and initial reaction is it does seem a good Android build. Now....if someone could make a Miui build for the HD2 with Sense type clock, then that would be something. I love the fact you can create as many screens as you wish, can move the home page, have bluetooth, wifi etc controls in the notification screen. I would be willing to give it a thorough test if someone can build it as it should be.

In what rom does it have Exchange support? I am using MIUI-Star and it only sync wit Google

im using it as well.. but yea... contacts facebook integration doesnt work properly (pictures) , as well as PDF Viewer and some other stuff like some games etc..

So theres this build that I really like but I dont particularly care for the color scheme. How could I go about doing a recolor?

how about giving the build name first then link to that particular build?

I don't see how that matters much but its the topia build. Id give a link but I'm on xda app. If someone could just point me in the direction that would be cool. I've never messed with Android skinning but I'm bored. How hard could it be?

rule 1. don't expect answers if you give no info...........build is important ..........because you can easily change skins for the HD desire and Z builds
and now since even in topia series, the older versions are based only on desire and the new HD beta 1 and 2 versions are based on desire HD and on them, yes you can...go to this link

Ok allready have an issue lol
it says "Pull from your Desire HD: framework-res.apk and com.htc.resources.apk. They are in "root/system/framework" directory"
i see no framework directory using DroidExplorer? what do I do?

it is quite complicated! I managed to get in to system/app and tinker around with the .apks but couldnt find any core skin file like the quoted slate.apk. I tried to test out so recolors with xda-forum.apk and did everything to the T and android still could not install it uber sad i thought i was getting somewhere

so you are trying to create and mod your own skins?.........have you tried the skins already posted in the link? or are you on the older topia series (old desire and not HD?)

hi everyone, htis is my perfect rom for me .. everything work fine and i got some cool stuff like the SENSE 3.0 lockscreen, The Gingerbread Battery status ..
this is the original Saga Rom with some modification made by myself ..

As I understand you made only visual changes? If yes it is nice. If you can add some functionality to that ROM i can share some ideas

I see dark/black themes for CM everywhere but I don't like it at all, I prefer clear/colored themes, like MIUI ones (it's just an exemple).
Where could I find beautiful clean and clear themes for CM 10.1 ?

Simplex is a CM10 theme with an optional icon theme to match.

This is the theme I've been using for a while now. Its one of the best I've used on my N4 IMO. Slap on a MIUI v5 icon pack and you have a beautiful setup if you like the MIUI look
