There are many skins created for the great PCMKeyboard by xda-developer Tene, but few have been made for VGA devices (Mine is a Dell x51v).
Here is one I made, modified from the iPhone_big skin by Underwaterdub. My graphics are a little rough, as it is only my second attempt at skinning. Let me know how it works on your device. This was created for v.9b and not tested for previous versions. (Edit: does not display well in v.10)

No way! My VGA theme is much much better, it owns all other PCM kb themes out there.. lol Just kidding.
Yeah, the skin is very dirty, the images are misaligned. Nice try anyways.

I don't have sources to make VGA skins based on iPhone,
and don't have a time to start new project...

It needs more optimization for VGA devices like Universal. I tried your skin with v.10.
Come on.....I said it was rough.... but "Ugly"?
I admit, Touch VGA is actually much Much MUCH better. I had hoped this would turn into a place where we can share VGA themes, and/or even improve on each other's work, not just a place to be critical about my attempt at scaling another persons layout. Hey, posting such an "ugly" theme should encourage others to show how it is should really be done. <:nudge> The topic title is "VGA skins for PCM Keyboard (post them here) ", not "Bash NonPaqs Ugly Skin". I was not in any way posting mine to encourage others to use it, instead I was posting it to show that anyone can do it. I showed you mine, now show me yours.
Also, dont even try it with v.10. It does not work with layout mods in the latest version of PCM Keyboard. Now THIS IS REALLY UGLY!!
(Edit: I just looked back at opening post.... I guess I asked for it by saying "Let me know how it works on your device". I will try to tweak it if it is possible. BTW... is there a VGA iPhone look-alike keyboard skin out there?)

Here is a screenshot of Underwaterdubs own VGA version.
The second screenshot is of Mr. Grouch's wonderful Touch_VGA skin, which is the official VGA version recommended by Tene.
Anyone know why both are displaying too far down in portait mode, partially blocking the soft key bar? This is in v.10. They both allign perfectly in v.9.
Also, you can see that neither displays well in VGA Landscape.
(It looks like the keys get scaled, but not the backcound images.)
Fixed TouchVGA in Landscape
I resized the background jpg in Touch_VGA.skin to 640 pixels, and now it displays correctly in landscape. I still dont know why it is displaying too far down.

These are nice variations of the Touch skin ( specifically found here ). , but I dont see where it says they are VGA. Do you know if they have been officially fixed for v.10 landscape?
I manually fixed my modified Touch_VGA (slightly taller button version) to work in landscape by expanding the background image to 640 pixels.
BTW, Anyone else see the keyboard displaying too low on their VGA device? I'm wondering if this is just on my Dell Axim x51v.

Edit: I added the skin for your review (note I use sapnish+.layout. It will look different depending on layout used). Rename .skin.zip to just .skin
If you really like BIG keys, here is a v.10 VGA mod of pcmk_bigblack skin found here on pocketcm phorums.
The only problem I see is that when using the tap-n-hold symbol keys, there is a noticible delay for the keyboard to darken and the extra keys to display. This is probably due to repainting such a tall keyboard.

In case you havent heard, Mr Groch has fixed his Touch_VGA skin to display properly in v.10 landscape. The difference between this one and the one I posted earlier is that his is better

Someone posted a really sick image of a HTC Touch Diamond or something and it was a wallpaper or splash screen, I can't really remember how the picture looked but it was really siiiiick. Please people, help me find it. I think it was some kind of picture of the actual phone..

I spend weeks looking for a black skin for original HTC keyboard but without success..all I could find is other keyboards with their skins but no skins for the original TD2 keyboard which is great but in black it would be so beautiful, I found one from merdinh in VGA mode but TD2 is WVGA, anyone could make us a black skin in cab ??? or any solution for this please ??? thanks in advance .
