Hi
Had my laptop stolen so I have to download new USB drivers for transferring stuff from my phone, unfortunately the CD was in my laptop case.
Does anyone know if there is a download on this site or anywhere else that I could access, would be much appreciated.

Well i lost the cd adn cant install the drivers for the modem Does anyone know where i can get the cd from or download the drivers for the modem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I have misplaced my drivers CD and need it badly... any chance someone can upload it as an iso or something to the FTP?
Cheers
Download and install ActiveSync 4.x and you will be fine.
OK, that fixes synch and connectivity, but what about the USB modem drivers?
Here you go...found them via Google.
I had to search for it, because I never used them
Cheers for that... i'll give them a go!
I have the SDK for windows installed and have the drivers downloaded but they can not install. Even with my phone plugged in, i have tried all 3 different usb settings and currently have debugging turned on.
NOTE: The driver im trying to install is the adb driver.
Also this may be my first android phone but i do know my way inside and out on a computer
farquep,
I'm an Android newbie myself, but I don't think you need those SDK drivers. I tried installing them, and they weren't working for me, either.
I'm not sure if you're trying to root/enable sideloading on your phone, but I found that the drivers included with HTC Sync seemed to get me where I needed to be as far as THAT effort goes.
If you're just trying to hook up your phone to your PC, and expecting to be able to access it like a removable drive, I'm pretty sure you'll be unable to do that until you go through the rooting/sideload enabling process. I never had any luck with it UNTIL I rooted my phone, and I'm pretty sure that's by AT&T's design.

You need to modify the .inf file for the driver to include your device/vendor code manually or just do what I did which is easier and install HTC sync won't hurt anything you don't have to use it. It will modify the file for you. Or you could have someone upload there modified file. At any rate the problem is the USB plug and play system that does not recognize your device. It only recognizes a handful of devices and the ARIA is not one of them. Good Luck.
Searched everywhere. I don't know if i need to be running windows 7 or what but i can't seem to find the drivers to install onto my computer from the device manager. the phone is plugged in, i search for the C:\android-sdk-windows and can't find it ANYWHERE.
yes, i've used the search feature. on many different website.
can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction.... i'm ready to pull out all my hair and break my computer in half.
Sync w/drivers
http://member.america.htc.com/download/Driver/DROID_INCREDIBLE_Verizon/HTC_Sync_2.0.33.exe
The non-sync drivers which you'd use with unrevoked
http://unrevoked.com/rootwiki/doku.php/public/windows_hboot_driver_install
First line is the link and it shows how to install drivers
i can't find the drivers to begin with when i go to update drivers from the manage devices folder. there is no C:\android-sdk-windows ANYWHERE in ANY of the files when the phone is plugged in.
This would be more suited for q and a but anyways are you talking about the drivers needed to root the device
Sent from my Incredible using XDA App
Go to this site:
http://unrevoked.com/rootwiki/doku.php/public/windows_hboot_driver_install
The very first billet point is:
Download the unrEVOked modified USB driver and expand it somewhere you will remember. Click in the "unrEVOked modified USB driver" link and download the driver. it's zipped so you will need to uncompress it, probably to your desktop. It won't be called "android-sdk-windows", it will be called "Android USB Driver".
AHHHH THANK YOUUU! will be trying this today hopefully(if i can get my friend's phone from him) and report back.
Thank you guys for your time and help, this is why i love XDA.
Am trying to get my printer to recognise my phone as a usb flash drive. The printer recognises a usb device is connected but doesn't recognise the phone, as Samsung phones seem to need dedicated drivers.
Is there anyway to add files to root of phone so a section of its memory could be used as plug and play flash drive.
.
I have the same problem on my windows xp system. It recognises it as a MTP device but doesn't find any drivers for it.
Anyone got a solution ?
Think these are drivers https://www.dropbox.com/s/xlml5e62um56qmd/SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.exe?dl=0 if not just install kies
