How to make WM6.5 ROM with Memory Programs = 100Mb

Please, could someone detail how to make WM6.5 ROMs with 100mb of Memory Programs? My ROMs only have 84Mb.
I was reading the Belial thread:
"Native XIP : 19981 taken from [16/01/2009] HTC Polaris Official Original new ROM - HKCSL WWE 3.19.831.3 with Memory hack and the 1.xx associated Drivers from official 1.25.405.1 HTC WWE ROM.
SYS and "not native" XIP : 23016 taken from [KITCHEN][MULTILANG][29.07.09]Windows Mobile 6.5 23016/21936 Kitchen for Raphael GSM"
... but I can't find the way.

To get 100mb you have to do a mix of 3d drivers and old drivers htc.

Adrenalyn, thanks for your answare.... but... could you be more specific?

If I remember rightly there is a bit at the start of the 3LIT3 roms by chavonbravo who made it possible with cmonex. If that doesnt help ask pcarvalho may be able to help you if he finds some time between cooking roms for the rest of us

Are you really sure this is a NK for WM 6.5?
I've cooked a ROM with osKitchen, and it didn't open Slot 60 and 61 for modules!
So isn't it a ported 6.1 ?

Hi to all new Cooks.
Here I offer my osKitchen (by Ondraster) for our Polaris.
With this Kitchen you can build a ROM for the Polaris in all available Languages, and several included WM 6.5 builds.
This is whats in it:
Builds : 23088, 23518, 28008 and 28205
Kernels : 6.1 old Kernel and 6.5 Native Kernel (0 Modules in Slot 0)
Lang : All Languages from DaG Rollups included for above builds
OEM : Orig. Polaris 6.1 German (0407)
Ext : All my EXT Packs (TomSteV1 ROM) incl. Manila V2 and several Tweaks (evel Gullum Polaris erviusKitchen), mostly from MEGA
Before you start cooking, you should update the Kitchen to the actual Release.

My Polaris is bricked by accident, so I can't give you any support on this because I ended cooking for it. I'm now awaiting the end of my contract to get a new device. And it will not be an other Polaris. So this thread is only for providing the download.

After replace OEMXIPKernel from your kitchen to my EVK kitchen, I can create a rom with "Real WM 6.5 AKU" enabled and get 52MB free memory (I only can get 2xMB free menory with 6.1 nk)

in the past i have the same problems with error´s in evk...after update to last version all is ok....(use search)
2 mb ..??? have you enabled lzx compression..??

The error I got is in osKitchen not EVK, my EVK works fine too.
Sorry, I mean I got about 20~24 MB free memory when I create ROM with 6.1nk ("Real WM 6.5 AKU" disabled), but if I use 6.5nk ("Real WM 6.5 AKU" enabled), I can get 40~45MB free memory.
About LZZ compression, I think it just impact ROM size, right?
After use LZX compression, my ROM can reduce to 90MB ( from 109MB with no LZX )

After I check my Cruise, I didn't have these keys.
I think it is because I cook ROM with our language (0404), so it need more RAM and flash size than WWE (0409).

But for my testing, if I enable "Real WM 6.5 AKU" with my old 6.1 nk, the ROM can't boot.
If I use 6.5 nk from TomAngel's kitchen, it can boot and get more free memory...
For now, my cruise works fine with this 6.5 nk, but maybe need more time to verify it.

you are sure you don´t have it...it´s under ext apps: Resource_Proxy...in a rgu or a reg...

Yes...think it´s ok ....think it was delete by another person...( in the past i delete it it save about 10 mb)

free memory isn't what 6.5nk is about, but mem slots (4 total)...free memory is 85mb (3d driver compatible) or 101mb (2d compatible)...

a little correction total mem not free...i wish
hummm...well if that log is correct it is wm6.5 nk...but you do have very few modules...im gonna take some time and check this better...if its a true nk...all cooks can say goodbye to recmod

well 1st test was, inconclusive!
...cooked on this kitchen with and without wm65 nk and in both "native kernel" is negative...guess im going to wait for next SYS release so i can test it again cause now ive already recmodded my SYS for old kernel...
i still think its fake cause for it to be native newer OEMs should existe and that is not the case...but only after testing it fully will i rule this as fake (unless someone already knows the answer)...

Which tool you used? EVK?
I am using EVK 1.8.2 and need remove "set OLDKERNEL=1" from kitchen_build_rom.bat when I enable Real "WM 6.5 AKU" otherwise platformrebuilder.exe will crashed.
For my testing, it can boot and works fine now. The only different than my old nk.exe is I can get more free memory...
I will try to put more modules as possible and to see it works or not...
By the way...I am using 28005 and didn't verify other version yet...

i have coocked a rom with the "wm6.5 NK" and with 580 modul´s (OS Modul´s intead of OS Files and so on)
Wm 6.5 boots and run fine...but i don´t see any speed or space advantages (profit)
but it run´s fine..and we know with 6.1 nk...is max about 530 modul´s
so it´s real....???!!!??!?

im currently checking this...but dont expect any big "profit"...some devices were even slower with native kernel...speed comes from oem's (aka oem drivers)...

Newbie ROM cooker

Hello everyone,
I am Newbie here (for cooking).
I have Rhodium (aka Touch Pro2).
I have download the last 23563 from Da_G.
And i would like to know how do i manage to put the Roll-Up package of Da_G,
and use ervius kitchen to cook a rom with the new xip / sys that have we today
with ext packages of Leo 2.10 that i have download, and Rhodium 2.08 OEM.
Can someone guide me how to put it all together and make my first ROM?

I suggest you to read some tutorials here on how to port a sys into EVK
You will need netframeworks 3.5 in your PC and some Visual c++ 2005 or 2008 redist pkgs installed too... then you need the Ervius Visual Kitchen (as u said) kitchen get the EXE for 1.8.2 version post your kitchen_build_rom.bat to modify it... and start setting the kitchen for your device...
there are plenty TUTs about we will update the first stickie to have all the tutorials for you in a while
so go here and read... good luck we will assit anything

- This is my TRYIAL cooked GER. rom. I have tried to **** it, because I have never found a ger. rom for Opal with wm 6.5.x. With some matching, recommended from experienced users and chefs, man can cook a better and more stable rom, please try it and share then the cooked one.
- I tried to take most Packages from original Opal external packages, so the rom to be more stable and not to crash or freeze suddenly, replaced are those, man can take them from HTC Mega, for more M2D matching.
- The rom was cooked with Oskitchen Zero.
- Base rom is Opal ger. version,
RUU_Opal_HTC_GER_1.35.407.1_infineongsm 4.1.13.66_03.29.90_Ship.exe.
- UI is taken from HTC Mega with M2D v2.0.19191432.04 from
RUU_Mega_HTC_GER_1.28.407.4_Radio_Signed_61.41t.25.31_3.48.25.27_Ship.exe.
- It is easy to cook the same rom with M2D v2.0.20163224.00 from HTC Mega Asia version. You only must replace all MUI from german one. I have cooked it and it works too.

- With wm 6.5 Build 23529 I hope I will give Opal a new look with ger. WM 6.5!

You can easy delete them, Einstellungen/system/programme entfernen
Flash Procedure
- Normal flash, then hard reset by screen calibration, until the Wi-Fi symbol appears, otherwise you will have problems with Comm. Manager, Home screen config. And Volume control buttons!
And that is the greet BUG, I can not solve it, turn off the phone can lead to the same Problem, I am not a cooker, also ask Chefs, they know all better solutions for that Problem.
- Comm. Manager will work without Wi-Fi problem after 1 or 2x turn off and then on. Soft reset can solve the problem, but not recommended when Wi-Fi ist OFF!
- Other Bugs, for my use, are not known, because I don’t use Internet and Mail, etc.
- Battery life is about 40%-50% a day! Or less!! Depends on Phone use.
- For those, who want to cook own rom, I can share my Kitchen, with pleasure, but it will take a long time to upload it.

i have replaced "cprog" with the one from build 23529, but the result was not good, it shows bugs too. Next i will search for a solution for all 28xxx. Build 23691 shows bugs too! i still have no new ideas, rom cooking is not so easy as i think.

Problems fixed with 4 Files. I have replaced them in the Windows build in the Kitchen, and all is fixed. Only one thing, the sound symbol in the enlarged start menu does not work, with this small bug man can accept the hole rom. New rom Upload comes asap.

Hi Friends,
here is my newst GER. ROM. It is WM 6.5. build 23549, 5.5.0. with M2D 19171723. The ROM is quite the same as the one in post 1, also configuration, extras and flash procedure can be taken from post 1.
Neu ist black dialer. Build 23549 is wie build 23529 without phonecanav. Bugs. Only youtube does not work, the sound symbol in the enlarged start menu is ok now, but it is a windows_Logo!!
