I installed Co0kie home few days back. I disabled Sense default lock screen and used the Co0kie lock screen among other fancy stuff.
It was giving some problems (e.g., changing the phone language after every time I changed something that required restart) therefore I uninstalled it. But now my phone does not lock itself. I tried installing Co0kie again and enabling the Sense default lock screen but it does not work. Is there any way to get the Sense default lock screen back.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
This may be the wrong thread to put this in, but I've ran into an issue with my Google Ion that I haven't been able to fix yet.
I'm running the default dohnut that comes with the Google Ion 1.6 ver
I installed PandaHome, and love it, I soon found out about the lock screen plugins yesterday, which is what started my problems.
Upon setting the wallpaper for the Hero Lock screen plugin, PandaHome seems to have forced the crop area to letterbox, instead of the default Widescreen.
I was wondering if anyone had an idea as to how to reset that, or what I need to change to fix it. This is what I've already tried....
1. Uninstalling the Hero Lock Plugin (no luck)
2. Uninstalling PandaHome (no luck)
For some reason it seems to be unrelated to PandaHome in a sense that it is affecting any wallpaper settings whether home is installed or not.
Nevermind, I just reloaded my 32b with Android 2.1, so I'm good now.
I'm running ShubCraft 1.5 and trying to find a way of changing the wallpaper in the default lockscreen. I have tried LockBot but it was very buggy, half the time didn't stop the default lock screen from appearing (meaning I had two lock screens) and seemed to effect battery life, not to mention removing my Handcent SMS notifications. It was basically unusable.
I have searched to no avail, does anyone know how to change the lockscreen wallpaper without effecting the default homesceeen one?
Cheers.
I know when I was playing with the cyanogen no them version there was two options for changing main and lock wallpaper. That may have something to do with Adw launcher and I take that off right away. so have a looksy at or around those settings.
Edit apparently when the phone locks what you're actually seen is you home wallpaper and thats why its the same.
I know this has been briefly covered elsewhere, but wanted to ask in case any new developments have been made.
I'm running the prj Clean Desire NAND but am sick of the Sense lockscreen. I know I can remove the HTClockscreen.apk file, but it then it apparently kills interaction between my alarms (ability to turn off from lock screen) and also answering calls from lock screen.
Is there any way of just changing the Sense lock screen to a stock "swipe left/right" style, with perhaps icons to show number of missed calls/emails/sms but not actually content of them (sense showing half an unread sms annoys me too).
i guess im sort of after how cookies lock screen was on the windows roms.
I googlesearched everywhere, and I got the same information as you.
Maybe the solution is to disable sense's sliding lock with a little app and to enable the "drawing" unlock. I'm going to try this.
so, got my sprint tp2 running 6.5. i disabled sense and tf3d bc i want the simplicity of using the Easy Today Launcher (places whatever shortcuts I want on the today screen with no other fancy things going on).
in keeping with the simple theme, also installed Daniel Herieira? (sp) LockDevice (a simple lock slider which creates a clean screen with my wallpaper, the lock slider and a digital clock with the date).
since she boots at about 110 ram..before leaking down thru the day, Id like to NOT install any of the home screen custom ROM's that i believe all require to have the memory hog sense enabled.
all i want is a simple analog clock that i can either enable as a plug in in various skins/locations for my Today screen, or better yet, to replace the digital clock on my lock screen. looked everywhere, cant figure it out. does anyone have any suggestions?? am i posting in the wrong place? thanks in advance
sorry if its been discussed before but I can't find it anywhere via search.
here goes, during sgs' time with eclair, I recalled having set a pattern lock and when i turn the screen on, it would require me to slide to unlock first then proceed to pattern (similar to iphone set up)
nowadays on stock gingerbread rom, it no longer shows the main slide to unlock screen, instead it jumps straight to pattern/pin unlock screen. Reason I brought this up is that I did prefer the previous setup to see date, time and charge % left (also setting up a lockscreen wallpaper only works in the slide to unlock screen only)
does anyone know how to return it back to normal?
thanks

I'm pretty sure that it shows all that /(time, battery, date) and you could change the lockscreen wallpaper by going to : Settings > Display > Wallpapers and then Lockscreen Wallpapers....
Are you running stock ROM/kernel no EDT tweaks etc?
On my Juwe ROM the only problem I could find was that the lockscreen was transparent, thus showing the wallpaper you have on the homescreen instead of the one you have chosen in the settings.

Thanks for the quick reply, this came about on jvk then jvp rom, no tweaks etc
What happens is if i select no password required it shows the default lockscreen.
The moment i set up a pin or pattern lock, the lockscreen doesnt appear anymore, itvjumps straight to enterin pin or pattern screen, im pretty sure this happens to everyone else on stock gingerbread...
