SUDDENLY MY EVK GOES VERY SLOW//
IT TAKES 35 MINUTES TO BUILD A ROM...
WHAT IS THIS??
TILL YESTERDAY EVERYTHING WAS FINE BUT NOW IT SUCKS..
THIS HAPPENS ONLY WHEN I WANT TO MAKE ROM WITH MEGA MANILLA..
NOT WITH OTHE ROM

Thanks but how to add utilities on that list ? It seems cannot be done by renaming the *.cab to Default*.cab. Must be something like an INIT file to control the preloaded software list ?

if u r running italian rom :
after u install the cab, then delete Recorder.exe.0409.mui & voicerecorder.htm in device \Windows dir.
extract VoiceRecorder_0410_ITA.zip to device windows dir.

ive done as you said...but not working...
How about renaming recorder.exe.0409.mui to recorder.exe.0410.mui
renaming 0409.mui ->0410.mui works!
so there's something wrong in recorder.exe.0410.mui file...
Does it record in 2 way or do you need Registry Hacks?

go to the mega part of the forum and downlaod the original rom there from wiki
and then dump it with the kitchen u use(i know i can do that with ervius kitchen)

Remember most of them has been updated and patched to work in other devices... check the whitealien thread just use the search tehre are many oem ext and cab threads.

sorry to say that i have already that ext packages from the first day..
but when i start cooking with them my evk stuck on album ext saying found duplicate file on mudule then same things on and on and on..
and never build a rom..
and without that packages i can easily build rom..
second thing when i use whitlein packages to cook,it succedd but not launching manilla...
I'm pretty sure thats what its called, you know after the first flash, where you set up wifi networks, social accounts ect... , for now I shall call it the customization screen
So yeah, the problem is, after flashing, usually the data connection is configured as the first part of the initial customization process, right? For some reason thats not happening for me, its going straight onto wifi networks and so my data connection isnt set up... And so if you go to turn data on in the wireless manager, it goes to the windows connections screen where it asks you to set it up manually.. so I need to get this sorted before I can release my rom.
I hav OOBE selected in the packages, not sure what else I can do...

What do you mean which rom? do you mean device? its a leo, and its my personal rom
No I dont have either of them. Is that the problem? lol, where could I get them from? its a dump of 2.10 with updated packages from 2.13

Tmous doesn't use Connection setup in stock.
Btw the initflashfiles.dat entries I've already added as well as app.dat.

Woop! thanks man those packages sorted it and thanks Braakie for telling me what they were . Tomorrow my rom will finally be updated! after more than a month lol

Database... i had a connection setup PKG it works ok for me... but now it wont pop up when my rom boots... i know is something related to HTC frameworks but i add it ok, do you know wich file is the response of this thing.. thanks
BTW how to know wich db file is for wich carrier and country i like to stripp the pkg a lil cause its huge!!!! and my poor 64 MB device sucks

I don't think that Connectionsetup has anything to do with HTCFramework or I must be mistaking.
