I can't seem to find the right thread to get backgrounds on all my tabs. I see where people were having problems getting it to work, but i know it does work. Can anyone explain to me exactly how they got it to work. Is HDwall invovled with this process? or no? im still trying to learn, but i'm getting there slowly but surely. thank you

Was just wondering if there is an app that means that the wallpaper stays the same when going trough tabs.
I seem to remember there might have been something like that a little while ago, and if anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!

Im new to this forum, never done much messing about with smart phones I get by with pcs.
I got an x1i yesterday so far ive got TF3D working installed a couple of panels, xperia tweak. I installed diamond tf3d config and i keep getting an unexpected error when i try to open it. Everything else im relatively happy with. But at the moment im unable to change backgrounds or themes, if someone has the time i would really appreciate an idiots guide to changing themes and backgrounds on tf3d. And i mean idiots guide, I have looked for a guide but the one i found kept getting a 404.
So from start to finish if you have the time or patience thanks, any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance
Changing backgrounds in TF3d is easy, just go to the settings tab and hit wallpaper, then search for the pic you want on your phone and select it.
If your looking for wallpapers you can start with my thread HERE, these are all formated to fit TF3d nicely.
to get the background to show up in all tabs, I recommend using mun_rus's mUn background4allpages.cab There are also several applications out there for further modding your phones appearance, I suggest using the Forum's Search feature, your bound to find some useful info.

Yeh, go into the install folder and delete the file tweaks.xml then run the app again. will work now

I've been playing aroudn for a while flashing various roms, and having a lot of fun with it, but I've got to the point where I want to try and fix some things. Mainly the various force closes, etc I get on some of the bleeding edge roms (like the Hero2.1 for sapphire).
Anyhow, I was wondering how to start on this? It's easy enough getting the stack trace, but a lot of the time the problems are with closed-source apps (e.g. I'd love to tackle fixing "People" on the above rom), so it's not as though you can just find the right spot in the source and fix it.
I guess most of the time it's due to missing, or wrong versions of other libs?
I dunno.
Anyway, if anyone out there would like to get me started with just a few basic pointers, I'm happy to then clear off and do my own thing.
And...if there is already a howto or Wiki page about this, let me know, but I couldn't find one anywhere.

In fact i just would like to remove curtains but i do not dare to play with .crp files when i do not know what to do.
