How to restore default windows phone dialer? - HD2 General

Hi All,
I installed Inesoft Phone v5.07 and uninstalled it later. Did a soft reset as well.
But even after un-installation, the phone brings up the inesoft phone pad and outgoing/incoming screens.
Can someone please suggest how to restore the default windows phone dialer?

I'm waiting for the same solution.

Start > PocketShield Settings > Phone > Protect touch screen > + > Use standard dialer.
Or HKLM\Security\Phone\skin\enabled=1

That's not a problem, that's a battery meter. It's a feature of SPB's PocketPlus.
Go to Start > Settings > System > Pocket Plus and open it.
There, uncheck the batterymeter feature.

[WM6.5] Cannot enable items on today screen.

I am building a ROM for my ipaq 214 based on build 21898.
When I load the ROM image I get the correct today items.
Now when I go to Settings -> Today -> items tab and change enabled items the today screen is empty.
When I go back to the items tab all items are disabled.
I have been searching trough registry hyves but I cannot find the problem.
Can anyone help me?
Today Customize the appearance of the Today screen and the information to display on it.
Note You will not see the Today screen when the TouchFLO Home screen is
enabled. To display the Today screen, tap Start > Settings > Today >
Items tab, and then clear the TouchFLO check box.
Click to collapse
this is on the Touch2 manual...if it happen to be helpful
The problem was a conflict between chome and the classic interface. chome was set to exclusive mode.
I have removed chome from the build because 6.5.0 is a classic interface only version.

[Q] How to disable builtin Samsung widget on Omnia II ?

Hi All,
I'd like to improve the mobile phone UI performance by uninstalling or stopping the builtin Samsung Widget, how can i do this in my Onia II ?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
You cannot uninstall unless you change to a custom ROM. To diasable you should do the following:
Start > Settings > Display and Light > Items on Today > uncheck Samsung WidgetPlus
Once you do that you can either enable the windows default (Titanium), or simply install and enable another of your preference.
good luck

HTC Mini Keyboard

Hi all
Sorry managed to find the setting
One other question. my fonts dont look sharp. I have been used to the HTC Diamond.
Is this because the screen or touch flo is better on the Diamond than the Mini?
Many kind thanks
Alex
Next time you might want to do a search for this. It's because Cleartype is no enable by default.
To enable it:
- ClearType can be enabled through the Screen control panel but HTC disabled it.
- To enable the Screen control panel, use a registry editor: go to "\HKLM\ControlPanel\Pen" then change the "Hide" key content from 1 to 0.
- After a device reboot, the Screen control panel is available under "Sense Settings tab > Menu > More > System".
- After re-enabling ClearType, the text is really much more readable in MS applications such as EMail, Calendar, Contacts, Mobile Office, etc.
