You have got to be kidding
Did you flash Android to NAND? There is a full section under the Vogue forums (this one) that is called Touch CDMA Windows Mobile Rom Development. In there, you will find everything from guides to roms, to radios... anything you want to find for WM.

you should find a WM6.5 rom in there along with info on how to flash the rom to your phone

Anyways, you can visit the marketplace website on your phone
or
search and download a cab from the forums
or
use this cab that I give you ... it will sign you in and download/install the latest cab from MS directly

i am looking for the lastet ROM-Version for the HTC HD2 (windows mobile 6.5). In the section of developer i found an blog of this, but unfortunately the download does not work (link is dead).
So i hope to find here some person, who has this ROM and could upload it some where or someone knows a place, where i could find this ROM at this time.
