Hey guys,
I just wanted to know just how visible your screen matrix(white dots on the screen) is? Mine is very noticeable, and I was wondering if that's the nature of the US Tmobile one. If not then I'll prolly try and get it replaced.
Thanks
I only see it under direct sunlight and usually only if the screen is off.
I admit that I like the grid pattern of small dots and bigger dots and the lines.

I noticed this small shadows at the screen bottom especially at all white screen.
Try to do a screen alignment to see it....I tried 2 HTC sets and it's the same.
The hermes screen is NOT like this...they are perfectly clean !!!
Anyone has noticed this ?
Ya, I noticed this too.
I can only notice it on all white screens. The shadow is uneven and wavey and seems to extend upwards for about 5 pixels.
Sorry no solutions from me... just confirmation.
Me too. Another thing that I noticed is that the screen is fisically slightly too much aligned to the left.

Yep, mine too. I think that they are all like that. I've heard of this issue in another thread as well.
The shadow on mine one isnt that bad, tbh, you have to really pay attention to notice the shadow.
The screen is very slightly aligned too far to the left, but it doesn't really bother me.
Hi guys, sorry if this has been posted, tried searching and couldn't find anything.
Anyways, I want to know something about the phones screen and I would like to conduct a little test.
Could you hold your phone in front if your face and turn the phone to your right (as you would if you wanted to show someone the screen full on who was sitting on your right) and look if the screen inherits a blue tint. Repeat this but to the left and see if the screen inherits a yellow tint.
It is seriously noticable on my device and I want to know if it is just me. Thank you.
P.S. I have had my phone for around a week and the bottom 1/3rd still has a slight yellow tinting. Any idea is this fades or is this just a dud LCD?

I have the same tinting effects when I angle the phone, it's noticable but it doesnt really bother me.
This has already been confirmed...mine does it too.
+1 another one here. It is a slight tint though nothing to worry about or notice, unless you are looking for the tint.
The viewing angles on this phone aren't the greatest if that's what you're getting at :/
Hi all...
I have just notice two days ago a grey line on my screen...(left side)
Really noticeable on a grey screen (not for red/green but also present on blue, just less...). I have never noticed this before, despite of being several hours per day on my screen since several monce... No drop....
As you can see, small spots are also visibles, particulary on bottom left side (like "commons" dot on amoled screen). Its like a strip causing a little gradiant on left side (when looking very hard....)
I can see it on screenshot so it's a screen issue...
I saw a lot of thread reporting grey lines due to amoled technology, but i think my case is a little bit different...
Photos of my screen are here:

Anywone have this issue? It's not very noticeable but enought to boring me... But for the moment i can deal with it...
Thx for your feedback..

If you use your phone a lot in landscape mode, the grey line could be screen burn in from the status bar. I have read about people claiming this can happen (not necessarily in landscape mode.) It looks to be the right width to suspect this.
Of course, i think you're right! I suppose the only solution is to change the screen right? It can be considered as a screen default for warranty?
Today i finally removed the stock front panel protection film (after more than a year) and polished up the screen.
Once polished, i was admiring my reflection on the front glass under bright lights when I noticed a grid of minor reflective points on the glass screen. On further investigation, i found that there was a regular pattern etched on the front screen whose corner points were the reflecive dots that i was seeing. The pattern itself was made up of dashes, but you need super ultra high brightness lights to see more than the corner dots.
Anyone else notice this?
Anyone have an idea the pattern might be?
Its normal its from the corning glass itself u can see the grid dot when screen off then put it in the bright area id notice it to and its normal
