No, it was early version of LiquidE ROM, as numbers suggests, we have newer versions of LiquidE ROMs.
We do not have stock ROMs, cause LiquidE is not out yet

I'm just wondering why all of the 2.1 builds I've seen on XDA for the CDMA Hero are all missing the camera functionality.

Because Kernel .29 is not out yet.
So we have the 2.1 FIRMWARE, but its on the old .27 kernel.
So once we get the .29 kernel, we will have full access to the 2.1 Firmware...

Because the correct kernel has not been released in order to have the correct device drivers to use in the ROM. Until that is either released or backported, no camera.

What I'm confused by is that if our 2.1 for the Hero is ported over from the leaked 2.1 Eris build, why we don't have the 2.6.29 kernel, since it is on the Eris...?
Yea. The eris 2.1 was just leaked. Maybe someone will slip the CDMA hero 2.1 out the back door as well.

Hi,
Can I update my 7.1 version to 7.2 without removing my current ROM and installing this?
Thanks in advance

I'm not sure how my post ended up in this thread. My comments below are about the EVo 4G.
Been running the March 17th 7.2 RC 1 build for a few days now. It's running smoothly. I flashed over 7.1 and had some Gmail stability issues so I did a fresh install and all is well. I did flash the latest radio 2.15.00.0808<---4G is fast

Somebody told that camera modifications possible only if custom kernel is available. If possible then please add support for Camera 2 API.
I'd love to try it, but I don't see a download link? Do I have to compile this myself?
It's not released yet. The version that I tested is totally stock, and didn't even include basic modules like wifi. It was just to see if it would boot.
Have patience!

But as mentioned above it was simply intended as a test, the goodies are yet to come.
@Megatron007, you're a god among men I can't test this, still stuck at work and will be for a while, but seems you got the greenlight already. Keep up the good work, cheers.

Surely it would have less features than stock because I can imagine that there are some closed source items that wouldn't be available. Or am I seeing this wrong.
Will this work with all variants of victara, or will it be limited to pure edition/GSM? I have a US Cellular XT1093 but am super interested in having a custom stock kernel!

I think you are referring to some N based ROMs not being stable, but most of the ones I've used have very few noticeable bugs. I would say that N is pretty damn stable.
