German language MDA XDA Flash ROM 1.2 Problem

:?: Need help . One of my friend get stuck with upgrade
german language XDA on XDA Development 1.2 ROM (english).
Its stuck , any kind of resets cannot help .
What is the possible problem ?
1) He used russian version windows XP Pro .
2) I know , its impossible to upgrade Chinise version to English .
May be problem is : German version cannot upgrade to English ?

I suggest him to do FLASH ROM . But which version ? :?:

I need it also, German rom to recover my Xda orbit and then to flash it to English Version. I already had prepared everything from imei-check. The problem is that you can only unlock it if you have an active sync. Thatswhy I need to recover it via german rom. PLEASE HELP!

Arte Spanish Rom (My fear about kill the phone )

Hi , i have a Arte100 than need to upgrade to spanish , i search in the forum but only i found info in HTC p3300 to change in spanish lang.
I can use the rom in HTC p3300 to use in Arte100 or not? some1 can helpme to get the right solution

arte100 is more like codename and p3300 is what it's sold under

You can find a lot of Spanish ROMs in the HTC 33000 forum at www.htcmania.com.

Sure. Use Hard-SPL first and then use any of the Windows Mobile 6.5 ROMS. I'd suggest one from "nguoc".
