To each his own, but you just made me throw up a little. I won't bother asking, but I really want to know why you'd want an outdated piece of crap like winmo on your beautiful android device. Oh well. As I said, to each his own.

When I had a winmo device I was using the Haret method to run Android on It because I hated winmo and I always will...
Maybe you should sell your htc Magic and get the htc HD1.

Because It's better than the total rubbish that is android, thats why. I also want Winmo on my mt3g. I can't stand Android, but I can't afford a new phone.
In that case, I'd try your local Craigslist to see if anyone is willing to trade you.

are you serious? windows mobile is garbage..
windows as a PC operating system is the best. windows 7 is amazing.
but windows MOBILE? GARBAGE...they even tried to make windows mobile 7 more like android os,iphone os,maemo os, etc.. and they failed miserably.

I have no idea if this is possible, but even as a die-hard WM user I'd question why you'd want to do this!
I'm not sure lol. I'd thought WM would be better than Android?

[Q] Dual boot Winmo 6.5 for wifi sharing?

Im running DFT WP7 on my HD2 right now, but I noticed that there is no wifi sharing app, and the data tethering solution seems to require a lot of technical stuff, which isnt really my strong point. Is there a way to boot windows mobile 6.5 with WP7 so that I can use the wifi sharing when I need to?
There is dual-boot with android. I use android when i need tethering, other than that i use wp7 as my everyday driver

Cotulla is working on a SD version of WM65, so when that's released, we'll be able to dualboot with Winmo or even triboot winmo, wp7, and android.

No, cotulla has no plan on when... it'll be done when it's done. It's always possible it may not work out. But he stated that he's trying. My guess would be a few months.

As of 2.2. Android has built-in WiFi tethering. You can enable it in the settings. In some ROM's this is broken though. If this is the case with your patricular ROM you can always download some 3rd party solutions from the market. They usually do the job just fine

[Q] Is there an app that let's you go straight from WP7 to Android

The thing is I don't really like going into Magldr, so i was wondering if there was an already stable app that let's you load android by shutting down WP7 after WP7 is already loaded?
Help would be much appreciative and thanks in advance

True but sometimes ill forget and an app would be pretty useful, instead of rebooting all over again.
I wonder if anyone is trying to make an universal app where you can go back and forth between WP7 and Android.

not possible for Windows Mobile 6.5 phones to upgrade. Specs are a bit too old for practical smooth interface.
