Is there any good HTC Sense Custom ROM with 1.6 android for 32a?
Short answer is no.
The only device that has Sense running on Android 1.6 is the Tattoo but as it has a different screen size it could never be ported properly.

can i install sense ui on the standard 1.6 ion? i have the 32b voda magic which now has the latest version 1.6 rom from htc i tried to install htc widgets like weather etc but never works is there a way around this without changing my rom cos i find it the most stable and fastest. i like qteks latest rom but need wifi and i can`t get it to work.

you can either have 1.6 ION or a HTC Sense rom, they are completely different. Sense UI requires HTC's code, so it cannot be easily ported to the google 1.6 code. You can theme your 1.6 to look similar to Sense however, try the theme section.
I moved to 1.6 recently, and lost the HTC apps and cannot sync non-google contacts or calendar. On the other hand, I also need navigation. Sigh.
I have a rooted Mytouch 3g. I have the HTC Hero ROM installed, but it has the android 1.5 version. How or can I update my phone to the 1.6 version?

There is no Hero Android 1.6. Hero is going straight from 1.5 to 2.1
There was only one device that had Android 1.6 with HTC SENSE and that was the HTC TATTOO but devs couldn't port it because of screen issues.
If you want a donut ROM then flash a plain donut ROM.

Hi! I have a htc magic 1.6 (swisscom) and i would like to know is there a way to update my sense ui! I've visited htc site,entered a s/n and it sad my phone is not supported! Is there another way to update this branded magic? Or...can i install a hero ROM on it?

From what I know, the Swisscom Magic is a 32B and will therefore never get a Sense UI upgrade. You'll have to install a custom Dream/32B ROM if you want it. Check the Dream forums.

When I had my WM phone before the magic, and I had it customized, it ran way better with a custom ROM that i cooked from a kitchen. Will the Magic also run better on one of the custom ROMs on here vs the official HTC Sense ROM that I have on it now?

i used cm6 cm5 and now using cm4 on my magic. cm6 and cm5 are very laggy and very long boot time, cm4 is much faster in terms of boot time and application runing. but cm4 is android 1.6 and i cant find many apps that i used on cm6, 1.6 has not much supported by app developers. i want to load 2.x rom,
