after the google update de corporate agenda was very usefull, but after I put Cyanogen update. it was gone.
Could someone tell me how to get is back?

SOLVED!! Needless to say Orange were to blame. Once I turned off the porn filter, the Hero is able to upload data to Google. Thanks to the guys at Google answers for that one (would link it, but can't remember where I found it!)
Hi everyone. I've been having problems syncing my calendar on my Hero with Google Calendar.
I've ensured that any new entry is for my google calendar not the phone calendar. I can sync from Google calendar to the Hero but not the other way round.
Contacts and emails work fine.
On my sync settings menu (Settings, Data synchronisation, Google) I have the message "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly." It hasn't yet and the Hero is 1 week old!
Any suggestions would be gratefully received!

Sorry, just so you all know, I have had a good look already for solutions. Most people's just seem to work after they set the calendar on the Hero as the Google Calendar each time they make a new entry...

Yep new update on unlocked Hero. HTC just said to do a hard reset (which didn't work).
I wonder whether its something to do with my Google calendar rather than the Hero?
As some of you know I recently took mossefist's (bigups to him) Motorola BackFlip dump and posted it. Well, after downloading it and Searching it, I realized that it uses Google Search. But wait, it's suppossed to be Yahoo! isn't it? Her is my guess;

The Google Search bars have been themed to look like Yahoo!'s and probably lead to www.yahoo.com/[WHATEVER/YOU/SEARCHED], but it's still Google. Can anyone confirm if this is possible or am I just stupid?

MAKE YOUR OWN OS! You have I think Yahoo! your own Calander Application, Contacts Application, and Yahoo! Mail for users. You have Yahoo! Messanger and everything else. All you need is Yahoo! Maps and that should be easy for you to make. I'm not saying you'll make a lot of money, but for the few people who choose Yahoo! over Google will probably buy your phone. You have Flickr, you have a fe good sources for the OS. You can add an Application Store and put it on the phone. Just try, it won't hurt!
Hi All,
When entering a new event in the agenda it's automatically affected to "my calendar" (which is not sync with google agenda ) and for each appointment I need to think about switching to my google agenda account to enable sync.
I've couldn't find any way to set my google agenda account as my default agenda, nor deleting "my calendar".
This is very annoying, so if someone can help I'll appreciate.
I use to have the HTC Hero and I didn't have this problem.

This is fixed in the leaked 2.2 ROMs, so until you update the firmware you have to live with it unfortunately.

However: The 2.2 update is far from finished, and I wouldn't recommend using it unless you really want to try the latest firmwares. It's beta firmware at best.
Better to wait for the official update from Samsung unless you enjoy beta testing and working around bugs.

Try Jorte from Market. It can let you set default calendar. It's also more powerful than the stock one.

yes, Jorte is great! it also shows small text in the month view of your calendars inputs, very nice! Think I won't go back to stock calendar even if they fix the "my calendar" issue.
With Jorte solving the google agenda sync problem and acontact solving the contact group sync problem, all my trouble seems so far away ....
ok, i had 2.2 and i didnt like it... it was laggy and i had weird issues with the phone...so i went back to 2.1 stock and will just wait until they push the OTA update...
ok so the problem is im trying to sync my contacts with facebook, and for some reason i have contacts on my phone that im trying to sync with fb...and from the phone i cannot see that fb contact at all? like that person is not even on my friends list? but when i use the fb app to check, that person is on my friends list... anyone with the same issue?
2nd issue, when i tried to redo my fb accounts, the 2nd facebook integration does not show up under my accounts after ive added it??
settings>accounts and sync>add account> then under "more accounts" i tried to add that fb account, but it doesnt let me... so i can only use the first one..the "more accounts" fb does not let me add anything..it just brings me back to the accounts screen....
i wonder if it was the stock di18 i flashed? i really dont want to redo everything....

is there any chance to get back my gmail notification labels on my screen?
Since an update of gmail there are now small numbers showing my unread emails.
Is there still no fix for this? Downgrade gmail is no option for me.
Google disabled third part acces to GMail app. If u really need it u can downgrade it. But look at it from bright side : your account is now much more protected
