well what you are looking for is youtube 2.5 (probably 2.5.1915.1528 which is the stock for rhodium). im looking around but all i can find is the older ones that didnt show all the videos and wouldnt do landscape. ill keep looking though.

Wow you know it was kinda tough to find...
The only one I found was the one that was ripped from the Blackstone when it came out,

lol ya tried that one too. tells me installation unsuccessful. running official 6.5 and cf3.7 if that matters.
you need 2.5 for windows mobile 6.5.
Here you go.. found this today! go to the link and you'll find a cab for the stock HD2 youtube, it works perfectly on my touch pro 2. There are other great goodies to download from the link, thx to kurniawan77...

This is sort of my first real post, so hopefully I'm not doing anything wrong.
These are cab extracted from the HD2 and most of them work perfect on my touch pro 2
The YouTube cab is the one that came originally with the HD2 and similar/if not the same to the one that came with the touch pro 2. I tried it and it worked perfect!!!!

I got bored actually and checked it out...
No difference at all....same thing were running...
Although the Tmobile IM client is pretty cool...working great for me...chk that out!

Well dang. What am I doing wrong. It looks ok at first but then when I slide open the whole thing scrambles. Even if I keep it in portrait if i play a video it freezes the whole phone 2 seconds in... wtf... Anyone else using this on a official 6.5?

Oh Yeah....
Your going to get that on any of the ripped HTC YouTube versions....they dont support landscape, expect for when the video plays.
With search and what not in the menus, you have to use on screen keyboard.
They arent meant for our devices...
the stock version of youtube for rhodium has landscape support.

Right now, just using http://wireless.etrade.com. Not as fast, and interested in getting it into a tab in TF3D (see there is manila files from the HD already on this site, so may get my wish). I like the format of this one much better, so may run both (depending on final product, and visibility of all the markets).

This matches my theme much better, so you are my favorite person today as well. I will run both yours, and the TF3D tab from the HD. I like your format much better. The HD tab will give me quick glance, but your tab will help me make decisions wirelessly before I buy/sell on my E*Trade account.

Unless they do some nasty things that need the Raphael nk.exe, as some builds of Manila had... But I'm sure we can "get around" these.
Looks like a good browser, and I've been using one of the builds on my PC and it's fantastic!

After watching the video (link above) it looks as though it will support flash, when the guy clicks on his url bar, in the drop down list is you tube, not that it matters as there are plenty of ways to watch youtube, but it does look very interesting!

I have already installed Flash lite, but the problem is I don't get past the intro in the flash games I have tried. And when I press somewhere in the flash games the on-screen keyboard comes up and irritates. Any ideas?

lmao i think he did. back when the psp first came out, i recall seeing a few sites that had really simple layouts and flash games meant for the psp... maybe you should look into it. those flash games were really simple and i bet they could run on the xperia... then again, i'm just an idiot haha

its shareware tought but atleast you can trial it or buy it if you like it
And btw you should also download the vga skin for it!
Well just finished all the installing and tweaking. Recorded a video to show a friend of mine what the Fresh ROM was all about, so for anyone interested in seeing it in action, or its speed, the video i think does it justice. Uploading right now, should be up in a few minutes.

you should check out the nexus one/ hero hybrid boot screen before you make the video..you know cause our phones are still heroes lol, i used the nosound one and it worked flashed fine on my cdma hero.

I do like that boot screen, but i think im going to stick with just the nexus one. Its not so much to feign being a nexus phone, so much that i just like the animation, lol. Next video is the boot up process.

Yeah... I had it recored in better quality but the filesize was about 250 megs, i may have lowered the quality a bit too much. The main thing i was trying to show was the speed and "zippiness" of the Fresh ROM, so quality aside i think it showed that. Im gonna record a better video here soon to really show specifics.

Its the most current version of the Fresh ROM, its a sticky. The lockscreen is posted in my reply before this. I found the wallpaper on some "post your desktop" forum, ill post it here if anyone wants it.

there is only partial Flash 10 support in Android 2.1. So until we get FroYo, that's what we got.

Skyfire DOES work. I haven't tried megavideo exactly, but other sites it works perfect. You gotta do some setting changes on your phone.. it was posted 4 weeks ago. Though it's not as good as having 2.2 flash..
