Can someone post a nandroid backup file

Are you looking for a stock one? I would think the nandroid images have personal/private data in them (account info and stuff from however people had their hero setup)
nevermind i dont need one anymore i got my phone fixed

Can you make more than one nandroid backup?

Sorry if this is a newb question...but it comes from a newb.
I have successfully rooted, and flashed a recovery image onto my Sprint Hero....and I have created a nandroid backup of the rooted phone. Just yesterday I went in and deleted all the sprint bloatware. Here's my question:
Can I create another nandroid backup of my phone as it is right now? or will it delete my old nandroid backup? I would like to have the option to reflash to both the first state, and now the newer state. I hope this question is not confusing.
Can anyone help? Can you have multiple nandroid backup images? or do they override the previous one?
Thanks in advance! God bless!

You can have as many nandroid backups as your storage card has room for. That being said, if you do a nandroid restore, it will restore only the most recent one so if you want to restore to an older one, just move all the newer one to a different folder or something.
I add a "_sprintgolden" at the end or what ever and leave all the numbers in place that way I know whats what and can delete the extra and it will restore that backup
Yep, you can have as many as you want (store'em on your pc),just copy them out of your storage card otherwise it'll get overwritten by the next backup.
right on Iz
thanks guys! you guys are awesome! This stuff is fun! Can't wait for some new, fast Sprint Hero roms to start flashing! I haven't flashed anything yet.
Thanks again for the help! God bless!

No...it won't delete any of the backups. You can have as many backups as the card will hold (as an earlier post stated). The Nandroid Restore will only restore the most recent one.
If you want to keep all on your SD card, but restore from another backup, you'll have to drop to a shell on the phone to run Nandroid. That's accomplished by using ADB from the Google Android SDK. If you type nandroid -? on the command prompt, it will give you a list of parameters you can use to restore or backup Android.

how to delete nandroid backup?

Guys,
I'm selling my transformer to a friend and im wanting to know how to delete backup images that i created in the clockworkmod?
Sorry if this question have been asked before. I tried to google it but couldn't find any answers for it. Theres a tread on the forum said using root explorer to delete nandroid backups but i dont know where to go to look for the nanroid in root explorer.
Any help from anybody would be great.
Thanks
/sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/
If you don't find it there, try /Removable/MicroSD/clockworkmod/backup
That where mine is.

Thanks guys. I appreciated

Can you restore just one SMS thread from MyBackUp Pro?

I somehow managed to delete one SMS thread. I have a backup from this morning but if I do a restore it will restore all my threads to that point. Is there a way to extract just one thread (conversation) and restore it to my SMS app?
Thanks!

[Q] am i able to use a backup from my computer?

I bought rom manager premium so i could download my backups to my computer because my TWRP was taking up about 3gb of space, which seemed like a big waste to me. After downloading the backup, i deleted the original backup on my phone, and replaced it with the .zip file backup from my computer. TWRP would not recognize the .zip back up in recovery mode. rom manager does recognize it, but it says "ROM Manager is unable to open this file" when i tried to use the backup. am i doing something wrong here?
Also, if i wanted to flash cyanogenmod, would i be able to create a backup of my nova launcher homescreens through the app itself, then create a titanium backup of the nova launcher app, and have that titanium backup after flashing CM?
Try unzipping the backup once it's on your phone.
You can both backup the settings in Nova and use Titanium Backup. I'm not really sure why you're asking this. Ever hear what appears to be a silly question and feel like you must be missing something?
Edit: What does ROM Manager premium have to do with either TWRP backups or moving backups to a computer? I really don't understand your thought process here. Backups can be moved with a file browser and I don't believe TWRP and CWM use the same format on their backups.

Correct, CWM backups can`t be put back with TWRP and vice versa. BTW uninstall Rom Manager, it is pointless if you have CWM/TWRP.

alright, so i changed my TWRP to cwm, and made a cwm backup. I made a cwm backup, and unzipped it on my phone, but it doesnt show up on the list of backups in recovery mode.
What I was trying to ask about the titanium backup question is...how i can import a titanium backup from my computer to the phone? titanium backup only accepts .TiBkp files, but i only get a zip (unzipping this gave me a folder named "data" and properties files after moving the backup to my computer.
ROM Manager has an option to download backups on the computer via a backup download server. i initially got it because i could not move the backups from my phone to computer using a usb cable.
