I just flashed with the most recent NFSFan Rom, and everything went great, but there is one issue.
On every theme of Manilla2D, the clock isn't aligned properly. And if I try to go to a theme with a digital clock, it gets badly misaligned.
Here's a picture of it now using the Windows Mobile 7 theme. Everything else with Manilla2D is fine.

Maybe ask in NFSFAN's forum incase other people have the same problem. I had problems in the past with my own manila roms like that and it was just from using older versions of some of the files by mistake.

This is because nfsfan's rom have a newer version of manila than the themes that you are trying to apply. You have to look for themes compatible with the 1919 version of m2d. My guess is that you probably picked a theme for 1917.

Has anyone tried to install the Dusk theme http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=518479 at all?
I'm after a minimalistic black theme and this one looks great - but once installed TF3D wont start! Been chatting to the developer of the theme but no luck as yet!
Cheers,
J.
i got mine working on TP2, but i never liked it. Tried to uninstall it and that never worked, so i had to hard reset. i wont install any themes until we get a program like cusomiser for diamond that can put back the original theme easy, and works with theme files.
What did you do to get it working - anything special at all?
Can you remember which Dusk version you installed?
J.
Just try the Manila 2.0/2.1 version!
yeah
i believe thats the version i tried.
Nothing special happened, no troublesome first steps, jest click the cab once.
I couldnt stand how it overshadowed the upper part of the icons lol.
I almost bit off my tongue when i realised i had to hard reset to get it away .
oh well, no themes for me until and IF we get the manila customizer.
The themes that are out for anything other then the true Rhodium will fail to work properly as usual there have been a few changes made to the software that are not cross platform specific the custom Naughty By Nature theme I built I orignally started on the HD running a TP2 interface it worked perfect on that but when I got the TP2 and loaded this theme it failed... I had to redo about 60% of my theme to make it work correctly on the TP2. You can experiment with small changes such as the icons and such but for now I think I have the only working fully custom theme for the Stock Pro2.
If you would like to see it go check out facebook/windowsmobile and look at the videos posted there.
it would be fantastic to have that theme ported over to the TP2.
although it might be a bad idea with 6.5 coming soon(ish) and whatever changes that brings to Touchflo.
doesnt seem to do anything on the mogul/titan//6800
Tilt 2
I don't know much about any of this stuff but i've been tinkering with my new Tilt2 phone from At&t and I've gotten most of the dusk themed stuff to work using .cab files. I however can't get the tf3d to start for the life of me. been looking for fixes everywhere help me? I got my everything but that and the changing background of all tabs fixed up - still looking for the one that used to work on my pure.
these were all tested on the USA T-mobile Tp2 running Touchflo 2.1.38165.1

Help
I installed these on my t-mobile tp2, but none of the files seemed to work. Perhaps I am doing something wrong? I rebooted after each install, but still nothing. Can someone help me out?
oops
Ok, I didnt realize that the themes needed to be installed on the device..which I tried after attempting to run them off the sd. However upon installation, my IM programs stopped working all togther, not to mention the overall sluggishness I experienced. I really like this theme set...any suggestions?
The only themes that will fully work for the touch Pro 2 are ones that are built only for this. I have 3 completed themes now and the interface is fully skinned all had to be made from scratch.

I could be wrong but I think whether or not a TF3D theme will work is not dependent on the device, but rather the TF3D version.
My theme (in my sig) was built for TP2, but installs and works fine on the Diamond2 as well. It also works on the Diamond if it uses a ROM that has TF3D version 2.
Hey crazy talk, are you going to be updating the 1st post with a list of links to themes? Because otherwise, this thread is going to just be another "post screenshot" + "oh, where did you get that?" conversation.
I have found a version of the panoramic desktop mod for touchflo3d2 but i found it in the xperia forums and it has some issues with the rhodum touchflo.
here's a link to the xperia version: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=506654&highlight=panoramic
Does anyone know if there is a version that has been made for the Rhodium?
rotastrain mentioned in another thread that he was working on one
Panoramic background
I'm using this:
FOR SMARBERG ROMS(NEW ONES)
WITH WIDGETS
Panosidetoside v3.0 smarberg.cab
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=190753&d=1243861734
SIMPLE-
Panosidetoside v.3.0
http://www.nanoknife.org/Rotastrain panosidetoside 3.0 without widgets.cab
Taken from the link mentioned above.
All creds go to Rotastrain! Great mod!
Everything is working but I have a few questions...
The third picture is barely visible... I mean only a little bit of it becomes visible before the scrolling ends...
What is the optimal res. for pictures to Rhodium?
Using a Touch Pro 2 with shipped ROM. Manila 2,1
Got it working
I'm using Rotastrain's as well on my Vodafone Stock rom, it works perfectly. The guide how to apply your own background panoramic images works perfectly for the TP2 as well.

To fix third pic issue combine the three pics you wanna use into to one large 1536x512 photo. Scale down to 1200 x 512. Copy the image and open a new file with the scale 1536x512. Paste the 1200x512 copy into the 1536x512 new file. Then follow the directions by cutting it into three 512x512 pieces. The third 512x512 piece will be most while but this doesnt matter because the white portion will be cut off and you'll only see the part of the image that matches the other two pieces.
can anyone tell me if Rotastrain's version will work on the verizon TP2 stock rom...i love altering things on these windows phones but ive never been a big fan of flashing roms...i know, i know...all you guys are gonna say "you dont know what you're missing out on" but hey, thats just my preference...especially with how quick and responsive the tp2 is...oh geez, i got sidetracked...again, will Rotastrain's version of the panoramic background work on the stock rom verizon tp2??? thanks in advance and sorry for the mind wondering

Anyone got this working on win 6,5 Sense 2.1 ?

Use this on Win 6.5 Manila 2,1 with weatherclock:

Once again a big thank's to Rotastrain!!!
I just got my HTC Touch Pro 2 2 months ago, and it came with Mobile 6.5. Ever since, I've been screwing with it, and I just landed on this forum as well as some other sites. I'm seeing people using words like TF3D, Manila, Sense, etc, which I have no idea what they are.
I'm just trying to figure out how to make my clock transparent, background on all pages and play divx/xvid videos. I found a 9 page long BG for all pages thread, and I found a cab that worked to make all pages the wallpaper, but it messed up my clock in the process. The accompanying cab to restore the clock didn't work. The screenshot of the clock is attached to this post.
I noticed no divx/xvid capability in WMP just like the Windows for Desktops, but it seems like getting those videos to play was more complicated than I thought. I tried the divx player which is just slow. Can someone guide a newbie around?
The easiest way...
Deleted as the post did not apply to Sense 2.1
He isn't using manila 2.5.
Sense/manila are the same thing, it's just that older versions of manila were called the TouchFlo (TF3D) and the newest builds which are manila 2.1 and manila 2.5 are also referred to as sense 2.1 and sense 2.5. How you can tell which you have is going on the settings tab and looking at the "About" (or something lol sorry) and it should say. Another way is seeing as how you don't have any shortcut buttons on your Home tab means 2.1 .
Sorry I can't help you with your clock issue, try looking up "sense 2.1 clock" and try installing one but keep in mine the details as to what else will be installed along side the clock .
Get TCPMP for playing videos. It won't play everything, but is far better then WMP. Best player around for the TP2.

If the cab you installed messed up your clock, try uninstalling the cab.
Got transparent clock and BG on all pages working for 2.1, using the 3 cabs I've attached.
Only things left I'm working on are 1% battery meter and the 1:02 clock flip fix. I found a clock cab I'll install now. The battery meter I heard requires custom taskbars to show it? Just gotta dig around more to find out which ones will work.

be careful about what you try to use! check your manila version. most of cookies stuff is for 2.5, as well as most of the stuff on here and it can bite you if your not careful(had to do several hard resets when i got mine because i did't read) i got my phone in feb. but it still has 2.1 so unless your ready to flash a rom to upgrade, store all of your cabs on your storage card to save yourself some headaches.
Sorry about that. I didn't realize you were using Sense 2.1. Hopefully no damage done.

No worries. Still learning about this stuff myself. Working on getting stuff off my ipod and onto my phone but I have a handful of DRM protected things. That's a bit more complicated than I thought. Once I can work around that, get my usb -> headset adapter and a fm transmitter, I'll have succeeded in combining my Samsung Gravity, iPod Nano, and iPod Touch into one device: HTC Touch Pro 2.
I've installed RealVGA and am running 96 dpi. I installed the M2D and everything seems to be running fine, but it isn't expanded to the whole screen. Anyone have a fix? I've been struggling with this crap for a couple days now..
nm.. i fixed that part so it expands to the whole screen by copying the htc home settings file to my registry, but now it's glitchy on the right side when switching between tabs
can you explain? i used m2d for a bit, but in the end i decided it wasnt worth it, because all the extras that go with it are very incompatible. screenshot would be nice =] im a noob for the most part, but i can try to help you out. i know that manila in one cab is a great way to go. personally though i use titanium on my flashed rom
