and i can't make external keyboard arabic any solution to resolve my problem

Hi all,
I am trying to enable my wizard (O2 mini S) to recognize arabic langaue, with no success so far.
I have tried to upgrade to the arabic kjam ROM, but the upgrade setup told me that I cant install the upgrade on my phone (strange!).
Is the a way to enable my wizard to recognize arabic (or any other language is equally applicable) without upgrading my ROM cause I am afraid that I will damage my phone if I retry upgrading it? or must I upgrade my ROM?
plz help, I am totally lost and you are my last hope, any information is very welcome.

you can install the arabic rom but first you need to do this;

you just buy a cect m88 is very good, the only problem I have is that when want to send an mms the phone only recognizes the option of sms. i have htc t8282 phone it's in french i want to change it into english i've been reading how to flash a new rom on the website i think i can do it but i have couple of questions
1= how do know the exact rom for htc 8282 phone?
2= my phone is currently locked do i need to unlock the phone first before flashing or cooking the new rom?

T8282 is an HD/Blackstone, it does not need to be unlocked but check this guide to make sure you don't brick your device. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505377

i have buy samsung S4 from china is verizon sersion I545 and i flash it with softwear I9500 s4
all is work good only the problem is when need to call any one i have some word in chines up down the number need to call it ????
