Use the ADB sideload feature in TWRP to flash a ROM from the command prompt on your PC.

thanks but could you explain me how to do that? i'm an amateur in this...
solved. i just put my g2 on download mode and flash to a .kdz file.
I set up my adb in my Ubuntu 16.0.
After a lots of guides I finally made adb detect my device!
I wanted to take a backup and entered the command and the terminal asked to unlock the device and confirm the backup operation.
But there was no popup of the backup operation ? What did I do wrong??
