When I sign in to ebay.co.uk and goto My Ebay page, after the page finishes loading it just continuously zooms out making the text unreadable, width of the page huge.
The only way to stop it is to pinch to zoom or press one of the zoom buttons. This is the only site this is happening to that I've experienced.
Can some one try it on uk ebay site and see if it's doing the same.
This has only just started happening in the pass few days, unrelated to the multi touch update.
Working normally for me
I've tried clearing cache, history, cookies etc. And still have problems with ebay myEbay page.
What else can I do?
Try the mobile view? Use pktAuction instead?
This is what I get when going to the my eBay page and just letting it load:

Thanks for the reply.
Mine used to be ok, but now it just keeps expanding outwards.
So the title of the listing and the price is miles apart, and keeps expanding until I do some zoom action.
Have had the same happen to me. as if something in the middle of the page is growing and everything else gets squeezed to the side. Hitting stop early on helps if it does occur on a page.

Yes, that's exactly what happens.
Strange how this was perfectly fine about a month ago, but now it behaves like this.

I recently purchased an MDA off ebay from another member on this site. They claimed everything on it was fine, but upon receiving it I found that the bottom of the screen didn't respond. After playing with the calibration I found that the bottom of the screen wasn't completely "dead" it just thinks its being tapped on a different spot of the screen. The seller claims this is a software issue, but after several flashes from different roms the problem still persists. Has anyone else seen this happen? And does this sound like a hardware issue?
I opened notes and took a picture of what happens when trying to use the scrollbar in landscape mode to show how off the calibration is at the bottom. Thanks in advance for any help I can get on this.

I had this EXACT same problem. I had the mistake of pushing down too hard while applying a screen protector and it pushed in the screen on the bottom. From that point, I could never calibrate the bottom of the screen. I was able to get a replacement, because I told Cingular that it was broken and it was only a month into my contract.
So, I think the guy probably messed up applying a screen protector or accidently somehow pushed in the bottom of the screen. This is in no way a software problem....deff hardware issue.
Thanks for the response. I filed a claim with paypal for a refund. With the way that it was packed I'm amazed the phone works at all!
Im sorry to hear someone trying to get over on you. Hope everything works out.
Has anyone thought to download the drawing program from motolabs and check to see how well the X10s screen performs? They did a test on the Nexus, Droid, iPhone and others and it was published a few weeks ago. If those that have the phone could try this, I would be interested to see the results.
have you got a link or do you know what it is called on the market? just checked for digitizer and motolabs but couldnt find anything..

I don't think there is an app, they just used whatever note taking app was available for each OS as far as I understand it.
http://labs.moto.com/robot_touchscreen_analysis/
Thats the link to the test page. The drawing apps used are listed and SimplyDraw was used for the Nexus and iPhone. I would try that app and see what kind of results you get.
@awtryau89 cheers for the web address!
doing the test as they did, but with an app called Draw(er), this is what i got...

the screen seems to perform better when the lines went diagonally down from the right, than diagonally down from the left. also, the far left and right hand sides of the screen don't seem to pick up any input for the last few mms - the left side being the worst.
if anyone else cares to try and see if they get better results, please post it, as it would be nice to see this verified on another x10.

Already set up my rma... lasted for about 30 mins (reboot, turned off, still there) and while I was on phone with google, it mysteriously disappeared. Anyone else in same boat? Search is disabled currently

Seems like a software bug to me. It didn't affect the notification area and the nav.
Probably sothing to do with the video controler?
Really weird

Try a factory reset and see if that solves it. You already have an RMA on the way so you might as well test different possible solutions.
You see looking at the picture, I thought it didn't affect those areas too... but I swore it did. I think it was just more visible on the drop down area. Of course I cannot remember now since it is gone...
This pop up ad has appeared on my home screen twice. I have checked recent app downloads for anything suspicious, and have not found anything. Both times I rebooted my phone and it went away. Has anyone seen this type of pop up before?

Air push detector!
I can't get the picture to upload. It's a gift wrapped box hanging on a rope on the top left of my screen. I'll try to get the picture up.

Thanks, I did recently download a couple icon packs and shadowtheme was one of them.
Hello - my phone is 1.5 years old and suddenly I have faint blue spot on my screen, mostly visible on white background. It's been there for a week ...

Any ideas if there is a way to fix this?
Tap it fast and gently on the 'smudge' for a minute or so. If there is any improvement, keep doing it till it disappears. If not, get a new screen.

Thanks for the tip but It doesn't seem to change anything.
If it doesn't spread I might keep it that way because changing the screen would cost me near what I paid for the phone!

could be delimitation, which means you need a new screen.
However try a screen calibration app first.
2nd a factory reset (this calibrates the screen on newer versions of Android)
if that doesn't work you probably need a new screen
The same issue arised for my screen, but it is fainter, think it is screen issue because when I was tapping screen during restart that part had a strange response. It appeared almost suddenly for me, any fix?
