Teeter : Ai project ideas ? - Touch HD General

Hey guys,
I wanted to know what kind of programming is involved with the TEETER game.
I'm taking AI class this semester as a part of my Masters program and its an Introduction to AI class and I was wondering if I could re implement the TEETER as a part of the project or come up with a different game on similar lines.
Can someone give me an insight about the tools required, the amount of work and difficulty involved, the programming languages involved , any development kits that needs to be used or any suggestions, ideas etc.
Any help is appreciated

Guys , any help is appreciated .
Can someone give me an insight about this or any other ideas ?

what is the enviroment to start programming in C/C++ for PPC

Hello Guys,
I've been her for a while, using your great apps , and flashing great roms
now it's my turn to try helping and enhancing this great experience of this great forum
i've been learning c/c++ for a while, but in BorlandC
i want to program some apps and help in other apps for ppc .. so i was wondering if you can help me and tell me what IDE to start with, and whether to use c/c++ or start on c#
thank you for your help and time .. have a great day!
you can do this with visual studio
thank you for your reply
few Qs though
does it have a specific tool for wm6?
what version do u suggest?

Which tools you use to develop your ROMS?

Hi guys, sorry if my question has been asked a zillion times, I can't seem to find the right pointers.
I want to know how do you develop or create your ROMS so that I can create my own and share them with you. I have no real experience yet with WM, but I do have a lot with Linux embedded systems.
I recently ported an embedded Android OS on a micro-controller card for an industrial application (yes Android is getting popular as a good solution for embedded/mobile devices besides phones). I want to start a personal project on my Touch Viva with Android.
So any links or pointers to existing tools or documentation will be appreciated.
I share your enthusiasm with the Touch Viva so anything I learn and develop for it I will share it here.
Thanks.

Oh goody.
Somebody is working on android for Opal.
Hi,
If you want to continue the work of porting Android to Touch viva left by musikmonk (Lost his device ) then i don't think you need to learn rom cooking and stuffs. Rom cooking will only help when you want to make a rom (dual booting) with windows mobile and android. But there is no point to make such rom as of now because Android is not yet ready for daily use.
So i beleive that if you want to continue the project head over to : http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/wing-linux/wiki there you will get all the resource etc. Even you will get support there. And for testing purpose you can always depend on xda.
Hope that helps you.
as just jegan have said
could help the wing linux project
many people will be grateful
and on xda you can recive help with the testing phase

[Q] Convert this VB Role playing code to Java code using Canvas?

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone would be able to assist me in converting this from Basic (VB?) into Java using canvas for draw? It's Basic code for a simple Wizardry RPG clone that deals with rendering the step based pseudo 3d dungeon?
I have attached the source code and hope to use a Java conversion of this source to assist me with learning the language further as the example deals with primitive graphics/input and arrays etc.
Only if someone is bored and has the expertise and time to do it. Thanks in advance!
Thread moved to Q&A
Actually almost have it fully converted myself and will repost for anyone that wants and is interested. So ignore the initial request!

[Q] Android FingerPaint with Opengl

Hi i want to create a finger painting ANDROID application using OpenGl, i have researched a lot but couldn't find any tutorial or example, has anyone experience on this?
I'd pick a game engine if i was you. Try libGDX It's well suited, has InputProcessor that will help you a lot and provides easy access to openGL. If you decide to roll with it , feel free to pm me if you have any questions.
Thanks a lot, could you offer me any helpful tutorial how to use libgdx and how to implement finger paint functionality in libgdx?
