I opt-in for Android Beta Program a while back (to get Android Nougat and now I'm on 7.1.1), however today is November 14ths and yet still no OTA update for November security patch...
Am I the only one who didn't get update?
Where do you find OTA image for beta? I'm in the same boat but I am rooted.

Most likely google isn't doing a separate update for just a security patch on dev preview 1... There will be a larger update to dev preview 2 sometime this month which I'm sure will also include the updated security patch.

I apologize, I was under impression ota is available, but after double checking it's only available for 7.0, not 7.1.1. Sorry)

imo, monthly security update should still be *monthly*, but maybe it's just me..

DP1 was released Oct 19, with the October security update. DP2 will probably be out within the next week or so with the November security update. Which is about 1 month later...
Sure seems like *monthly* to me.

I have not enrolled in Beta program but I still did not receive the November security update for my Nexus 6P, is it me only or it has not been released yet? (I'm on N 7.0 version)

It has been released (nbd91k). Make sure your Google apps are up-to-date. You could also try clearing cache in recovery.
Or even sideload manually the ota (search google ota image angler)
How do I get latest December update? I'm on Verizon.
I wonder if we'll have to wait until end of the month again...
I'm still on December patch, even though it's January 25th already...

Noticed there's a new update says it's Verizon only. Anybody know the changes done? Looks like my phone still can't received OTA updates so trying to see if it's worth me side loading the latest.
Same bootloader and radio as January (N4F26J). Appears to be all security fixes.

Ah thanks for pointing that out.
I still use the full TWRP flash method and went to this version without any issues. I did 'downgrade' my radio to .78 ... just to stick with the files in the Factory Flash zip.
Just wondering.
Google is patching it in a few weeks for their Nov patching. I hope Oneplus takes it seriously and we see it soon after. Id say sometime in December
That's included in the monthly security patches. It all depends when Google release the patch and when OnePlus releases an OTA with said patch.
Custom ROMs should getting fairly fast though.
According to androidcentral.com, this issue is fixed in the November, 6th 2017 security patch (n the 4.5.13 OOS upadate, the security patch is September.). The best thing to do is to wait for this patch to be deployed by oneplus and use only mobile data in the meantime
As far as I understood it's a problem within wpa_supplicant. Isn't there a chance to fix this with, e. g. a MAGISK Module?

Still no news on the KRACK Fix ... oneplus must be working on the 5T ... sad that the flagship from May gets so little support ...

You can get OOS 4.5.14 right now if you use xXx's no limits OOS based ROM
But if you want to stay on stock waiting is the best thing to do

The main user base of op5 are on xda or know about flashing it because it's on the OnePlus page

If you are running stock unmodified OOS with stock recovery, just download turbo vpn on playstore and set your location to Germany. Then check for the update, you will get it right away. No need to wait!
I think people are saying the 4.5.14 update has the fix (don't quote me on this though)

I have received the OTA update for Oreo. But decided not to update right away because i know there's some bug/issue about the oreo. And today i decided to update my phone, but i cant find the update anymore. I tried to check the system update but it says that im on the latest update.
I tried to clear data of the google services framework, and restart the phone. Still nothing. I also tried to spoof my location to U.S. still nothing. I also tried to use VPN (HMA VPN). But still nothing. Can anyone help me? I want to update to oreo withouth factory resetting my phone. Thanks!

Clearing google framework is not good idea. Anyway, there is no other then to wait till it pops up again, it seems that Xiaomi has suspended the update.

What will happen if you clear data the googles framework? I do that because i've read some thread here about that to force update my phone to oreo. Anyway. I will never do that again.
Did xiaomi suspend the updates? I hope not. Coz im sure im not the only one whos not upgrading to oreo. By the way. Thanks mate.

I got my phone on 7th January and got the December security patch on 1st startup, but I am not getting the oreo update.
I tried all the methods mentioned in the forum to get the update but I did not get the update after that I did a bit of digging and found out from some members of mi forum that the update has been temporarily suspended but the reason is still unknown. It is assumed that some people are facing some bugs after the oreo update and after a factory reset the fingerprint gesture is not working.
Many people who have not yet updated or have recently got the phone have to wait until the roll out is resumed by Xiaomi.

Yes, i did some research too. I think Xiaomi stop or suspending the update. I think its because of the bugs reported and they want to make it more stable in the next update. I just hope that i receive the next update without a problem. I was too excited on oreo update because of Arnova's pixel 2 camera ported.
I have also tried but don't get link from 24hr for update

The ported pixel 2 camera would not work as a1 does not have camera2api support.
You will have to root your device to get camera2api support.

It could be that someone who's upgrading to the November update directly from the September update. Haven't recieved any updates yet.

From what I saw, yes. The users that skip an update get a much larger ota update later than what a regularly updated user would get.

yah, i got that (224.0 MB) previously im on oct security patch v9.6.14.0
and after the patch i got v9.6.16.0
nothing noticed what have change in real

@twentyfourinc , the security patch updates are about 100mb, everything above has some changes for phone itself.
I just got v9.6.16 after the update, I think it's just the November security patch, mine was 300mb, but I was on June security patch before

I just got the same updates
About phone on top is starting of pie, in pie about phone is on the top... So we are getting pie in next update for sure... Seems time is over... By month end we should get pie now
