Vibrate stopped working for new SMS

All the settings are fine, but my phone won't vibrate on receiving a new text. Any help?

New email notification

Hi,
When receiving a new emial, i set my phone to play a notification. Most of the time it does not work, it is really intermittent. I make sure to check the volume is turned up when receiving an email and not hearing a sound.
The rest of the notifications (incoming calls, text messages, voicemail ect) are working fine.

I have a similar issue that when my phone is set to vibrate, despite me having a vibrate notifcation for new email my phone doesn't do anything. If I get a text message it vibrates fine, but I have to visually check the phone for email when I have my phone in discrete mode.
Has anyone else experienced these issues? I'm using the Wizard Love ROM (2.26 AKU 2.3), but I got it on my original O2 2.21 ROM and Faria's WM6 ROM..

M3100 SMS problem......

hey,
im having some probs with the m3100 with regards to sms notification.
i can get the phone to vibrate when a call comes through, but it doesn's seem to vibrate when a message comes through eventhough i have set it to.
any ideas why?
atm the message will come through without any notification so i don't really know until i check my phone!

vibration question

hey guys,
i was using my phone all day yesterday, receiving calls and sending texts without any problems but somewhere late in the evening, my phone stopped vibrating when there were incoming texts on normal (ring+vibrate) mode...i didnt change any settings...i soft-resetted my phone a couple of times but the problem still remains...
one more thing i like to add, the vibration works fine in vibration mode...it just doesnt seem to vibrate on vibrate+ring mode
anyone else facing/faced this problem? any suggestions as to what i should do? Thanks people

Thank you very much for your response...but i went to settings>menu button>all settings>sounds&notifications>notifications tab>event>new message and found that vibrate was unchecked for some reason...i checked it, send a test msg and now its working again...
edit: i just noticed that when pressing the key volume, the vibration button isnt lit as usual...but it doesnt seem to disrupt the phone from vibrating.. ah well, im upgrading to rom 1.66 this weekend anyway

My vibrant does not vibrate at all

Hi all,
I have just bought a Samsung vibrant, it is rooted and running rom: Cyanogenmod-7-06282011-NIGHTLY-Vibrant. But it does not vibrate at all (phone call, text message, alarm...etc), I've gone through all the settings (Setting>sound; Text message>Settings) but no luck.
I don't know this problem come from the rom or hardware? and how can I fix it, please help me!
