adobe flash and TMPCP conflict on 8525 WM6

Hi,
I have TMPCP installed with skunworks flash bundle so that youtube and the like is streaming perfectly with IE mobile. I also have Opera installed which can support flash 7 to play other flash stuff. When I install flash 7 with the .cab it messes up the plugin that is giving me youtube. Is there a way to manully install flash 7 so the opera uses it and it is totally ignored by IE and doesn't change anything the IE needs to stream the youtube files. or maybe somone knows some registry changes to use after the install.
Thanks

Flash with TCPMP .81?

Does anyone know if flash works with TCPMP .81 such as IE loading TCPMP on youtube? Also I broke my flash support after mixing TCPMP versions I believe or before that, going to reflash with touch it 2.3. Does opera support flash? What's the best way to get flash working in IE for NOT just youtube but for instance myspace videos? Also does a working TCPMP with flv plugin open flv files normally?

HELP: Opera button disappeared

basically, i have been playing around with my opera to try and update it so i can view flash based content on websites within the browser.
ive managed to get this to work so now i can see youtube on the actual website! and also videos/sound files on the bbc website and other flash based websites.
i upgraded to opera 2808 and installed flashplayer7 for ppc from adobe and made a plugin file with a flash plugin in that too.
now my opera does work but i need to go into the opera file in explorer and click on the operaL file. it wont work if i go to the internet tab or to the programs list and choose it from there. the logo has dissappeared. i have the original orange ROM and havent had a windows movile before so have no idea how to change anything like the logos or to reset the programs buttons. if anyone can help i will happily buy you a beer!

Adobe Fash Player v9 for Hd2

When I download this file it wont play on my hd2. I can watch youtube ok but not video on web pages. Any ideas?
Thanks.
Flash isn't on the HD2 browsers other than Skyfire
Hi, when I browse the web - usualy in opra 10 - I get a link to download the adobe flash to be able to watch video content. When I install the file I get the message 'not a valid pocket pc application'?
Read my previous post
Read mine...
FLASH IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY BROWSER ON THE HD2 EXCEPT SKYFIRE
Clear enough for you?
it dont work on skyfire, billybob!
youtube works fine in skyfire (and u didnt mention skyfire in any post, just opera)
Use Opera 10. You need to turn on plugins, but flash is great in Opera 10 after you do that.
THERE'S NO NEED TO SHOUT ABOUT IT!!!! lol
i stand corrected, thanks jon
Are you guys kidding me! Flash works perfectly fine in Internet Explorer! Heck I've personally used IE to watch videos on Megavideo.com smoothly! Youtube works perfectly in IE!
I apologise for my outburst. I have opera 10 installed and plugins turned on but still no go!

Try turning plugins off, restarting Opera, and then turning them back on again. Sounds a bit "turn it off and on again", I know, but it may help.
Opera 10. bbc.co.uk news. when I try and view video I get link saying 'cannotplay media' you do not have the correct versionof flash player - download correct version.' when I download the adobe 9 on my hd2 from that link an error message tells me 'not for pocket pc'??

You cannot install flash like you would normally on a PC... hence the "not for pocket pc" error you keep getting.
Flash works on the HD2 with either:
a: Internet Explorer (but this is flash lite NOT full flash)
b: Skyfire (FULL flash... working perfectly... if you cant get flash going in this browser you have done something wrong)
c: Opera 10 (activate plugins to get flash... not sure whether this is full flash or flash lite though)
d: Any other version of Opera using operaflashfix (search on xda for this... but installing the fix can cause other issues)
You cannot download Flash from the Adobe website, it's not available for Windows Mobile (as I've said all along). You need to use a browser that has Flash installed already.
Can you try YouTube and see if that works in Opera 10? The plugin is still not v10, so there will be flash files online that won't play. It could simply be this that's your problem.
Also, give us the URL of a page that you're having problems with and let us try it.

Yeah, I did just try that and got the same result as you. Like I said, since the mobile plugin is a lesser version than the PC plugin there will be some things that won't play. I guess the BBC aren't too fussed about who can play their content.
well, ok. thanks for the replies anyway.
