The operating system is 5.2.21864
Manila version is 2.5.19202525.0
Rom 1.43.206.4 (70315) WWE
My problem/problems are
1/ if i go to the internet tab and then type in at the top where the google search bar is anything and let it search, the results come back from google in german I cant see anywhere to change that to english results.
2/ I really need to get the send notification sound working for sending a text, email, or mms message.. NOT delivery reports something to confirm that its actually left my phone to go somewhere
3/ I have used the tweak to get 20 quicktabs but would like more, is it possible to just add as many as you need?
I hope people out there can help me... thanks in advance

I can't help you i'm afraid but would just like to say that I get the same thing with results coming back from German google. Very annoying.

if i dont get much help from here I'll try contacting o2, and then no doubt contacting htc, and by that time it wont be an issue as I will have moved to Germany and learned to speak German before o2 or HTC get around to helping

hi all
short question: since ive updated my cam-software from the HTC-site, my mobile-phone only supports a resolution of ugly 128x96, which doesnt make a difference in using h.263 or mp4.
the option to change the resolutionsettings in video mode is grey, so i expect to have the force for changing it to at least 640*480

If you're performing these so-called, "registry tweaks" correctly, then the system shouldn't reject user-input. DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR WORK, then afterwards... TRIPLE-CHECK IT!

I've got my Leo today and so far I'm happy, however faced a strange problem.
I was playing with the phone and found something called "Value-Added AP Installer". I installed this, and without any notice or warning, my phone turned into an Arabic device. It shows all menus, text, messages, warnings, etc in Arabic language.
I've tried the Hard Reset but to no avail. It installs itself immediately after reset (strange as this didn't happen after I turned the phone on for the first time).
I've searched all options and menus I could think of, but just can't stop or unload it. I can't see anything to "uninstall" in the remove program window.
Please help me to have my phone back!
Do I need to install a new ROM? If yes, the official ROM I've downloaded from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=577717 is ok?

why don't you let the rest of us know the solution too, out of curiosity?
Shouldn't a re-flash solve the problem, or at least HSPL+custom rom, and if you really want to have a stock rom, reinstall SPL and flash a stock rom again?
Surely using task29.exe will help too

i wanted to get co0kies home tab on my TP2
but i think that something screwed up..
i followed this tutorial for manila / sense 2.5

after installing sense 2.5.2012.cab i've got this problem..
the language changed to english ( was on dutch )
and now i have this..
everything is wrote in capslock, and has IDS_ infront of it.
example: IDS_INTERNET, IDS_MUSIC_LIBARY, IDS_TWITTER, IDS_SETTINGS
etc etc
how do i fix this?
please help me fast!

You should ask this in either the manilla 2.5 cab thread Odds are you arent the only one who had the issue so you might want to give the thread a read threw and use the "search" funtion to search key words like "IDS Internet" etc etc.
There's likely a fix in there.

I downloaded few roms but they didnt update each time some error popped up.

Okay well first off do you have a TMOUS HD2 or International HD2. TMOUS will have T-Mobile above your screen.
If you do have T-mobile you should not be trying to download any ROM's that are based on 2.07 or lower. Although the phones might look the same they are not. If you do have a International HD2 then your in the incorrect forum. Look for HTC: Leo HD2 on the forum list.
& if you are trying to flash custom roms you need HSPL. Please read the stickies posted on ROM Development before trying any of this. There is a chance you will brick your HD2 and it will end up useless.(Broken)
Check this thread out and scroll down to my post and all that information will help you if you indeed do have a TMOUS HD2.
