This is not OEM stuff. This is com2 from Microsoft. You still need oemdrivers and oemxipkernel to name a few.

Raphael is the main WM6.X test device, which is why it got the native kernel earliest.
The issue with using builds for internal testing on devices (rather than the builds that Da_G gets) is that they're only for one device, and therefore are only one resolution/language.

You need to cook a rom with oem package then install all cab.

i know its a lot but the bell ui takes up quite a bit and touch flo 3d is still installed aswell thats why i say use a lite there are quite a few that have no touchflo or apps i use the syrius rom because its the only one with internet explorer 6
I've been working on tweaking the hell out of my base ROM, and have now got it to benchmark incredibly well (it also feels very snappy).
This is a WM6.5.X ROM, based on the 3.04 and 2.14 OEM ROMs and 23563 XIP/SYS from Da_G
All it has got is the bare minimum OEMDrivers, plus a fully featured SYS (some of the SYS applications have been tweaked: removed extra screen layouts for LockScreen, removed SampleMusic etc, UPXed a few things).
The XIP has been tweaked quite heavily to get the best performance, and you should be able to add whatever you like to this ROM and it should remain stable.

I have enabled 576MB, but the total memory is only 459MB (that's still more than the 448MB you should have though).
ROMRaid is currently down, so uploading to RapidShare instead, unless anyone has any better ideas?

To be honest, I don't know, I don't have a US Leo available for testing...
It's got the XIP from 2.14 which is the Leo1.5, which is the same as the US Leo, so it should work, but that's not guaranteed.

on my tmo hd2 it has 355mb free program memory but only 195mb free storage memory.. is it just because its not a tmobile rom that i have only 195mb free? with all the lite roms that ive tried, i usually have over 800mb free.

no, wm 6.5.5 doesn't excist for wm standard! i think 28004 is the latest build!
23090 is a older version than 28004,
For what i know is that the 28004 version has its built .net Framework 3.7 and have setting for shortcuts for IE, Camera, Calendar, and Taskmanager

If your phone is on Radio 1.x, flash this file to update it to Radio 2.x. If you are on 1.x You cannot flash the newer ROMS!!

I'm going to trade my retail HD2 for a HT97 Prototype.
This way I can use the first LEO ROMS ever made.... This way we can see where the LEO started and where it ended

no, these are original tester roms, Unless you have a tester hd2 (less memory) I would mess with these.
