Can anybody provide me with an original (extrackted) NL Rom (from vodafone) for my 4350.

Ask "The dutchman".
But don´t mind if he will "kill" you - because he is searching for a NL RUU for now about 2 Month.
You won´t be lucky until teh HTC update.

can you please explain that. What's the point of extract if you cant re-install from the extracted files

You CAN flash it back, but only when your device is not bricked. You can use the dump to edit the pagepool i believe, or to cook, but i'm not sure (i'm a little bit of a noob when it comes to ROM dumps)

To think of it, I just gave my Herald to the guy I was talking about. He takes it to his work today! I also asked him to give me the RUU's for the Herald (everithing they have for it) but he's not willing to do that
(it's all classified over there lol) I even said i was willing to pay, but he would not accept it, and he did not allow me to go with him to his work. Sorry I did my very best!

You can't do anything with that RUU, it is for unbranded HTC p4350 only. It is not the vodafone ROM...

And download the sixth rom. Is original, and read the instructions to flash the rom. You need the spl 2 to flash rom, and after fñashing the original rom, instal the original spl (you can find it in the same post).

Anyone got a link for this rom so I can flash it back onto my Leo?

+1 on that also could add [wanted] to the title i was well happy thinking that it had been found! Also doubt ill be the only one thinking this so far this has been my luck on dumping but wont have time till after xmas to do much more i think.

I can confirm it is indeed the original 1.43 O2 supplied rom. I had less problems with this than 1.48, I'm glad to be back on it.

BUT it's an earlier ROM than mine. It's RUU_Leo_TMO_UK_1.43.110.0_Radio_Signed_15.25.50.07U_2.04.50.20_3_Ship.exe Whereas my device has 1.43.110.2, 15.26.50.07U and 2.04.50.22_2. Therefore I'll give that one a miss for now.

One silly newbie question, do I need to use goldcard to flash this ROM as it's the original one my phone came with, or do I just run the exe from a PC and connect the HD2 via activesync?

Now nutkenz, after you've flashed the english rom, head over to the rom development for some neato custom ones

Check out the Leo ROM development section, do some reading and you'll see that all the answers to your questions have been answered a couple of hundreds of times.
To flash a different language (WWE instead of NLD in your case) you can use the Goldcard method or SSPL. Read the respective threads in the Rom development section and if you have any questions, you can post 'em there.
