AT&T Atrix SMS issue

Hi All
I did a search of this sub forum before posting this thread but could only find one instance of the issue I'm having and it was from someone having a whinge about the phone.
I've found that I cannot reply to a text message that is sent to me as it gives me the error "The message must contain valid recipients and content". But if I was to send a new text message to that person, it will send but starts a new SMS thread.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I'm on stock 4.1.57 ROM with Blur that's rooted with a few misc apps and games. I'm using the stock SMS app.

this is a know bug from android 2.2.1
the android 2.2.2 have correct this

No Hebrew in Mail subject or sender

Hello,
i tried a lot of roms of 4.4.2 and all of them had the next problem:
in the mail app, cant see the name of the subject and the name of the sender when it's in hebrew.
with english i dont have this problem.
can i get solution for this???

So i was searching the forum and heard of this zip that fixes gps on aosp. Is this still relevant and works? I also couldn't find any additional info or a link to the zip. Can anyone help me out?
