With Odin, flash the stockrom.

are u sure that the stock rom have the original recovery menu??
hi all,
so after a series of stupid decisions, i have no rom on my nexus 4
i can boot into bootloader and recovery (twrp) but for some reason cannot mount it to my computer so i cannot transfer a new rom
i tried using this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2010312 to flash a stock rom, but the n4 would get stuck at the boot animation, so i tried to wipe cache in the recovery. this only made it get stuck at the google logo
does anyone know of a method to somehow transfer a new rom to my phone?
any help would be greatly appreciated
You can use a toolkit found in the development area of the forums. They should be able to flash stock rom on bootloader via fast boot.

If you had never used a toolkit in the first place there would have been no need to create this thread. You would have known how to fix it. Fastboot is your friend.

Don't use a tool kit. Here is a guide from the nexus 5 it'll work just the same on the n4 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=47025283

I have rooted my LG-E612 just before somedays & all was very good.Yesterday i switched it off for some reasons and when i was switching it on and it says "Security Error" at the startup LG screen.The phone stucks in that screen only,no changes.I don't know what to do please help me..
I havn't flashed any custom ROM or any recovery.Just rooted it.Help me plz,mind's going mad

Try flashing a KDZ,, maybe it's a security from LG to prevent root

First download the firmware for your device from here
And then follow this tutorial
I recomend to set up your phone in download mode before flashing kdz, search for your device to do that (its phone specific)

I've flash bootanimation4U.zip with flashgordon but I forgot to put the new bootanimation.zip at /system/media
Now my phone only boot in recovery mode
How can I fix this ? Can someone make a .zip flashable with the original bootanimation ?

Hi ,
I think that will not help , you may have to flash your custom rom again ( no wipe)
Next time please give more details , like what device , what rom and what have you done so far ....it will help us help you

Did you try to factory reset?
I've been looking for a while now can't find a version of the stock recovery that works, i would really appreciate it if someone can point me in the right direction.

thanks one of the recovery images actually worked, was able to attempt a ota update but unfortunately it freezes at 25%. anyways thanks again
