Anyone know a B&M store ... - myTouch 3G, Magic General

Anyone know a B&M store in Los Angeles, where I could potentially buy the Canadian/Rogers version of the phone (so it works with AT&T 3G)?
online stores are a rip-off ($600 for the Rogers version) and I am not the biggest fan of ebay ($350+).

Telstra 850 where to buy

Can all the people who bought one post where and how much you paid for it. so others can purchase. ive searched google but all i get is the regular version .
thanks
Purchased a few phones and other things from here and can say they provide an easy and fast transaction, though dont know about International warranty and just a small word of caution Techoni are another large retail site but their customer service is bloody awful to say the least!
I bought mine of Ebay.
I wouldn't recommend using ebay if you're new. But if you have experience with Ebay then buy your phone from there by all means.
Recently I've seen Touch HD's go for about $900 AUS b.new in box on ebay.
That's way cheaper than any retailer that I know of.
Hell i got my Telstra one cheaper than any retail price here in Canada (all of them are selling the T8282 version rather than the T8285).
Bought mine on ebay as well. www.ebay.com.au This is an Aussie ebay site specifically to Australia. You still need to verify that it is an telstra touch hd you are getting. The T8285 and not a UK or Asian T8282 version. Let them know were you are from and if they will sell it to you from outside of Australia. I checked with five different sellers and three would sell to me in the US. I ended up getting one for $1070 AU dollars or around $730 US dollars. I ended up paying around $55 US dollars for Fedex priority international shipping and It got here in about 4 days.
Here is a link for one on ebay.au for $1000 AU which is about $686 US and it is a 850 mhz/T8285 version.
Again, a lot of the touch hd's on the Aussie ebay site are still T8282 UK versions. You have to do some digging to find out which one it is.
Love my telstra touch hd.
I bought mine from personaldigital9 on ebay and paid a little under $900 for it. I got received it in about three days super fast shipping. Very good seller.

As a Corporate Customer Telstra give us discount pricing over the full retail pricing so yes our outright price is less than the advertised price of $1499.
I bought a Telstra T8285 from an Australian eBayer. He is selling brand new phones for $1000 AUD (around $800 USD) right now. The price is still negotiable. The guy responds to your questions nicely and quickly, and the shipping is fast too. If you are interested, please send me email at [email protected]
Thanks,

Canadian N1 Users (Rogers Version)

Hi everyone, I am soon going to be buying the newer version of the nexus one with 3G support for Rogers,
When I start the buying process on google, it doesn't show you the price until the very end.
So I was wondering if anyone has already gotten this phone or not? and How much you had to pay at the end? (I mean after the currency conversion, shipping charges, and customs taxes) please let me know if you ordered yours this week and how much customs did you have to pay.. as this will really help me buy this phone since I am on a tight budget...
Thanks
Considering that the phone was only available to Canada yesterday - you will be one of the first to order directly from Canada. With that said, I did order a T-Mobile version - but I had it shipped to HK (Last week). Shipping was $26.16 and I ended up paying $584.35 CAD (this amount shows up in my Credit card statement) and there should be no taxes since my relative has nothing to bring back except for the phone - which is well within the personal exemption limit of $750 for Canadians.
Ordered from Google last night. Total was USD $556.16 to ship to Canada.
Has not shipped yet, will let you know.

[Q] Will it ever be sold in stores?

I live outside U.S., so there's really much more chance of me buying it sooner if it was sold in stores in the U.S. How does google sell their nexus products? It is always only available in their play store, since they don't have a physical store?
Or would they ever be sold in electronics store such as best-buy?
Nexus phones always ended up in stores very soon after the initial presale direct from google, I don't see how this would be any different. You're likely to see them show up in stores as soon as the online orders start shipping
Well here in the UK it's going to be stocked by most electronic retailers, So I don't see why not overseas too.

[Q] Seattle/ Bricks and Mortor

Right. I'm from Ireland so Play Store is a big nono. If I stick with the $249 plus US tax, it should cost me €230. The problem is most places around europe are listing it as €270, since we have much higher tax rates over here. My dad is currently in Seattle, (Bellevue, and/or redmond) and said that he could pick one up for me from a shop, as there wasn't enough time for an online order to a hotel. What places sell them? So far I know there's Game stop... and thats it? No Best buy and so on and so forth. I don't know most AMerican chain stores so don't know what websites to search.. thanks for your help!

Nexus 7 LTE Retailers in the US?

I see the LTE model is available, via order at least, through Best Buy and the Play Store. Are there any rumors of it being released to other retailers in the near future?
I'd love to see it at Walmart to take advantage of a cheap replacement plan.
I picked mine up locally at my Best Buy store. They only had 2 in stock but at least they had them in the store.
