As the title implies, does anyone know how to create animated themes ? Is there any software to create it ? Unlike normal themes, animated themes is so cool

yes but it comes with preset animations, and it is only for executing I guess... I want to create my own

As title says really, tried installing a theme and its enabled full screen weather animation. Its a 6.5 manilla 2.1 rom. Any help greatly appreciated because i bloody hate it! lol
