if the esn isnt blacklisted(a phone from an unpaid contract) you should be able to just call verizon and have them check/add the esn to your accout or start an accout with the phone

HTC isn't going to help you unlock a stolen phone. The person you swiped it from put that code on there for a reason.

Im trying to figure this out too. If you find a way let me know. I tried going to the @metro on my phone and got an error. I know we can figure it out.
This thread should be in the Q&A section. Mods, can you please put it there. Thanks.
Just bought a touch 6900 and whoever had it before me has played w/ it settings are changed ....tried to take it to a store to get it turned on (metro) and they say it has to have the original sprint settings to work...can anyone provide the original sprint program or settings for this phone, I guess it is called a relocker??? Not so sure I am a noob here, seems like a really cool phone if only it would work....
thanks for any help

Check in my signature, there is a link for a Vogue flashing guide. One of the posts, has the stock rom for Sprint (no need to relock it). Good luck!
Bought a verizon imagio in Australia, not really tech savvy with phones but unlocked it using mr x rom, no mms and I have googled but am stuck a little and would appreciate help... I live on a boat and this phone is to be my tv and communications, the tv part requires mms to work and I have googled but can't work out how to get it working, I think I need a registry editor and I downloaded the cab (I don't even know what this is!) that the thread said but haven't done anything with it, I apologise for the noob Q. Your help would be appreciated regards

That's what that code is made for to reset data as in erase data profile. If you want to do it manually ##3282# and you can edit that way.
No offense but your customers are at fault for trying Sprint dialer codes when they should have read (it has been discussed here before) that it will get stuck on the activating/provisioning screen when no longer on the Sprint network. They should have read as I'm assuming they found that dauler code with a google search .it shouldn't be on you.

Well why don't you research before posting in a forum. Have you read forum rules. If not you need to do the work yourself before asking others. The answer to your question is easily found with a Google search.

Hmm flashed t boostmobile. Customers. . Think I'm right here buddy. And when dialing the codes it brings up hidden menus. So I'm right again. But before you rant on I'm done with your thread.
