remove program problem from mogul

damn, my mogul got f*cked up after installing touchflo. Not trying to blame this program but maybe there could be some conflict? After i installed it and didnt really like it, i tried goin to remove program in setting to remove this, but guess what, nothing showed up in there. For some odd reason i cant remove any program from my phone because the screen was blank. Then i tried to install another program and said unsuccessful whenever i tried to install anything. Does this happened to anyone else? any solution
I have the same problem on mine. I will let you know if I can figure out a solution.

I had a different problem awhile back after installing Total Commander, any new programs that were added didn't show up in the remove programs menu.
What I had to do is use Activesync to remove them, not sure if it will work in your cases though, but hook up with A.S. and on your PC in A.S. open tools/add remove programs and check/highlight what you want removed.
Good Luck
I am having same problem, please someone help.
REMOVE PROGRAM list is empty after ftouchflo installation and touch cube installation.
ACTIVE SYNC not working either.
please help
There was another thread on this(No Items in Remove Programs), but it didnt go anywhere.
This just also happened to me. I also found that I could not install programs and that me phone would not sync... This happened right after installing Slither Cube, and efrost FTouchFlo.. so I went to uninstall and ran into the same thing...Deleted items from the startup folder and still the same thing.. deleted files from the program files section and same, also tried a soft reset 10X....so I had to do a hard reset....
Me too.
I just hard reset. After reading everywhere, this was the only option.
i hope someone knows how to fix this cause i really loved how the latest touch flo cube cab worked on my phone.

Lost BTTrayCE.EXE

Could any kind person post me or email me a copy of BTtrayCE for TP2 as I accidentaly deleted mine and now I can't use Bluetooth.
Info of the file path would also be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi clark97
That's wierd because normally if you delete a file in the ROM you just soft reset and it appears back.
Cheers

Cheers , read in another post its because I installed tom tom 7.450 which overwrote it, for some reason a soft reset isn't enough and you need to either recopy or hard reset.
Thanks for reply
Clark
did you get your bluetooth working again? i have the same problem, Tomtom has killed it! Hard reset seems to be the only way to get it back on....
BTTrayCE.exe you will find this file in the \windows\ folder and a link in
autostart(i have delete it, i dont need everytime bluetooth on,
i have a link in the programm folder),
B2T.
when TT overwrite it, normally you can delete it(with TC or Resco)
after a Softreset you have the original BTTrayCE.exe back...

I had the same problem myself but found the answer on this forum:
TOMTOM places a new BT dlls under the windows folder that I had to remove:
\Windows\BtSdkCE30.dll
\Windows\BtCoreIf.dll
You can either ename them or remove them and then soft restart your Touch Pro 2 and everything will go back to normal.

I personally renamed them, being slightly nervous about deleting files in the Windows folder: still, it worked for me and evidently this fellow on the HTCForums website

Thx a lot !
Lost my BTTrayCe.exe (in fact, not that lost, rather the phone told me : "BTTrayCe.exe is not a valid WM application") after installing TT7.
After renaming the file all came back to normal.
So once again : thank you !
Thank you, that solved my father's problem
Problem solved.
Hi,
I had the same problem after installing TT7.
After renaming the two .dll files all was fixed after a soft reset.
Thanks you guys for your great advise and work.

TomTom Bluetouth problem?

Hi,
I know there should be a fix for TomTom and bluetouth stack that it crashes?
Have search but could not find it??
anyone?
in short....no. a hard reset is the only way. some folk speak of deleting certain files but these are inaccessable while wm is running. hard reset and take out the two bluetooth files from the tomtom cab using cab manager. then save the new cab and install.
Well, it's pretty simple and doesn't require a hard reset if you have the right file manager. I use gsfinder but there are many others too. With this app, you rename the files instead of trying to remove them. A quick reset fixes everything. Then just simply remove the renamed files.

BBDownloadservice cannot be opened error

hi there,

sean
any one????????????
look in windows/startup and see if it is still trying to load an old link.
YESS
I hope this info will help you.
Go to settings and then Applications, and then Remove programs, now you can delete any program that you don't need.
The same thing happened to me BTW, but I couldn't find any solution on the internet so I tried my best to solve it
Thanks,
Abdul
