i wont to change wiza200 Language from Dutch to English
which things i need to do ?

you can get a the english stock ROM from the htc upgrading forums.
as for portuguese , you might need a language pack.
my 2 cents.

There is no Frensh ROM for the Charmer in this forum. Cause of this you can't change the language to Frensh.

for English can work as a whole on the device, then you should reflashing with rom english(WWE) !
