does anyone know how to get to these?
I need to get there to switch Sense off, just so that I can get to the today screen (the old windws one) as I need to set phonealarm up..
so far I haven't been able to find how to do it.

Is it possible to create a shortcut to the today screen?
And while I'm at it, is there a way to create a shortcut to the (active sync) BT connection that connect my device to my desktop?

there is already a shortcut to the today screen-
start--> today!
PHM Key tools will do this, I imagine the built in button settings will do this, and I've got an app called TodayButton that might help:

Why do you need to install an application?
Pressing the red phone key will take you to the Today screen from anywhere.
le_cactus: TodayButton isn't even VJTodayButton - one of my earliest apps, but I like it... if you really need a shortcut to Today screen, do check out PHM Tools etc. TodayButton will be updated one day.
VJBlueSync - I released it as is just because I'd done the work, but am certainly not satisfied with it. I'm going to have to directly interact with the Bluetooth ActiveSync menu extension, which will take time I don't have right now, but hopefully, yes, I'll fix it and then try to make it compatible..

As for today, I want the Button 5 to switch to the today screen. On that screen there is a link to the Comm Manager so I got everything I wanted. Maybe PHM Tools can do what I want too, but this is working as it should.
@talkingbollox: I just extracted the TodayButton.exe with CabManager and copied it to my device. No need to install it if you don't want to.

A couple of things...
1) Does anyone know of any conflicts between SPB Pocket+ and WA2? I just downloaded P+ and thinks it's fantastic, the only problem is hat my top and bottom taskbars are now back to the original 'blocky' style. Can these two programs run together?
2) I have seen screen shots of peoples today screen where they have a bluetooth icon. Where can I get this icon from? I want to be able to turn my bluetooth on and off at the touch of a button rather than having to go through comms manager (idle I know, but there you go). I have scoured my XDA looking for the icon and think I can safely say... it's not there!

Shouldn't be a problem running both PP and WA2. Just remember to turn off PP's close functionality.
As for the BT functionality, I haven't tried it but this might be what you are looking for:

Is there a way to reduce the amount of space the myfaves app takes up on the today screen? I know it can be turned off completely, but is there a reg hack or something that will allow a way to reduce the size of the myfaves icons or maybe the height of the myfaves today plugin? I use it a lot so I don't want it turned off completely, but it just eats up too much today screen real estate!

I would say turn the favs off and then isntall the Kaiser today home plugin and then put your favs + 4 in the contacts tab

Anyone here know how to change the reg. settings to speed this up, and the WM6 splash screen as well? Should say how much I appreciate the work you guys do for us! I love the new HTC replacement for the "X-botton" (to shut down applications that eat up mem.) Couldn't get the Serge "enlarged start menu" to work though. Maybe it is only for WM5?

Good Morning for everybody (cause for me its is)
So my problem is simple, I try to install on my diamond the .cab about flip clock be tinny and stay on left-top on my screen, I guess everybody knows this cab. (u can see something on this forum)
So, I deselect the today, install the cab, restart normally but when i turn on my phone, and set on the today screen, the clock stays on left-top, but all the rest of menu like slidebars, and the middle of screen its frozen.
Appear all the time a word Title
and the slidebar dont appear nothing, and don't slide.... appear like glass slider but frozen...
Know somebody can help me?
How I turn back to original without make a format on my phone...
or how i can fix that?
