Currently using o2 xda iis with windows mobile 4 and would like to upgrade to 6.5 but don't have a clue how and cant find any guides. Anyone wanna help?

I have just got myself a HTC-HD phone using the Windows mobile 6.1 software,
I see that a lot of people using the same phone are running Windows mobile 6.5 software,
I have looked around the forums to try and find a step by step guide on how to do this but can’t find what I am looking for, so I am asking for your help please.
I have never done anything like this before so I am completely new to changing software on a phone

I am responsible for setting up about 100 T3333 a month for a custom application.
This is a tedious task, having a rom that performed only the functions I need would be a great help.
I am quite willing to pay for services.
Is there anyone or any group that can assist with developing a custom Rom for our phones.
I realsie this a question but it is not of a technical nature and I figured this was the correct place to find developers.
