Windows 7 wallpapers for WVGA - XPERIA X1 General

Hey all,
As a frequent S2U2 user I decided to edit some Windows 7 wallpapers to use them with S2U2. I also use these as my desktop wallpapers and hereby I wanted to share them with everyone. Ofcourse you could also use them as home screen wallpaper, suit yourself
The normal wallpapers are 1920×1200. I edited them to WVGA resolution in both portrait (480×800) and landscape (800×480)
Please let me know what you think of it.

Updated file, portrait of picture 08 was wrong size...

sorry, bad post...

Tks for your sharing, got it.

Flash wallpaper for diamond or S2U2 ?

Does anybody knows if exists a program that can actually make my diamond wallpaper or the s2u2 wallpaper to be in flash extension? There are thousands of beautiful clocks and animations I would like to have on my diamond screen.
i would suggest searching for Animated GIF's to use with S2u2. You will find a bunch of VGA animated gifs that work perfectly with s2u2. as far as your today screen, i personally think it would be way too much going on. i might reference you to the Panoramic TF3D2.1 options that are available. Good Luck
Flash
No. is not the same at all. In flash, you can have clocks, dates, even meteo. In gif... Thanks for you answer anyway.
Also wondering
I also would like something animated on my today screen with tf3d, is there a way to use animated gif's . I can use a gif now but the animations are missing. I been looking for a solution for this for years now. I own the alltel touch pro but previously had the ppc 6700. Never could get it to work. I did however install s2u2 , which is nice kinda like a screen saver which does show animated gif's (http://www.1800pocketpc.com/2008/04/02/s2u2-v100-screen-lock-application-for-pocketpc.html) ( wallpaper pack http://www.1800pocketpc.com/2008/04/29/s2u2-animated-wallpaper-pack-2.html) but so much would love to have a animated gif on today/home sccreen
animated gifs have BIG filesizes, and these will need to be stored in ram
not a good idea imho
for flash you would also need the flash player in ram
also big
also not good idea
your phone will run SOOOOOO slowly

Help: SPB Mobile Shell 3 - Wallpaper Gets Auto Zoomed In Lifestyle Mode -

Dear Friends,
Just installed SPB Mobile Shell 3. Its amazing software. Now when i use lifestyle mode the wallpaper (background picture) gets zoomed in and i can see just part of it. To view the entire picture i have to scroll the wallpaper with finger left to right or right to left. But not able to see the full wallpaper on the screen. I am using wallpaper size 640 X 480 resolution. Also tried different wallpapers but it automatically zooms the picture.
Now this doesn't make any sense as we cant see the full wallpaper.
Please help on how to make wallpaper to appear full on the lifestyle layout.
Regards,
Vishal

Thank You
The answer is the fantastic HDWall application (PC) that lets you create your own wallpapers for TF3D, including different images for portrait and landscape: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=503511

[Q] wallpaper resolution

hey guys, im now using htc legend. i have a problem with their wallpaper function. when i try to set the wallpaper by using my own picture, it came out a green box for us to crop and select which part to display the image for wallpaper. can i ask what is the optimal / best resolution? the green box cant seem to stretch to the whole image, most of the time half of the picture only. i m looking forward to display the whole picture as my wallpaper.
sry for my bad english =[ any1 help plx
try getting pics with a resolution of 320*480.
market: wallpaper set & save
640*480 is the best resolution for your wallpapers, .png files will give the best result when using wallpaper set & save

Wallpaper set&save doesn't work, or better...it works but not in the correct way. If you read the comments on the market you'll see. The guy that made it said (lot of time ago) that he is working to make it works with Android 2.1 & 2.2.
I've lost my faith in that, so I just resize by myself the wallpaper I want to 640x480.
it just works great for me on my stock legend with android 2.1
dunno what your talking about :S

how to get lockscreen wallpapers to display correctly in landscape (auto-rotation)?

i have enabled auto rotation (HD2 Stock ROM 3.14, Manila 2018) but don't like my portrait wallpapers to look distorted in landscape mode. this is most annoying since even CHT 1.8.5 wont allow you setting of a landscape wallpaper - at least not for the lockscreen.
is there a tweak or an app to prevent the wallpaper from going into auto-rotation/landscape mode?
or any other way to get my lockscreen to display proper wallpapers in both portrait and landscape?
thanks in advance!
if you use HDWall have you tried making a CAB with both Portrait & Landscape wallpapers & see how that does? When I had my TP2 I did that & there was no distortion or anything in the landscape wallpapers

i am not a big fan of HDWall - it caused me a lot of trouble already. you sure it worked as a lockscreen (= windows wallpaper) as well? i remember this app being just for the Manila home screen and tabs... but i am not sure!?
isn't there a more subtle way using a reg tweak to stop the portrait wallpaper from rotating?
